The London Fog Tea is nasty tasting.

The drive thru made my lady's drink completely wrong (it was actually a simple latte); we parked and she went inside after 15 minutes of waiting for her I decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Well they put her order at the end ? after they made a mistake and never apologized. The point of drive thru is for time efficiency. The worst Starbucks in 30 plus states that I've visited.

I came in on Jan 5th and the woman with the red hair was very friendly and she made me the best hot brown sugar dairy free drink. I can’t seem to go to any other Starbucks where it tastes as good as she made it. Make sure to give her a raise! ☺️?

I have always came before work , 9pm. And they are sometimes opened sometimes closed , when online it says they close at 10pm !!!!! Make it make sense

Barrista forgot about my pickup order , said I had to announce myself because it "Messes up the line”. I would think that’s why it’s a pick up order that’s why the app gives you a certain time for pick up.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a large drink. Then got told by the barista that the medium size was a large, even though I had ordered a large. When I asked her if she could switch it for a large, she told me they were low staffed, and insisted that I take the drinks even though they weren’t the size that I ordered. I specifically asked her for a large and she argued with me and told me that was not the case and insisted on telling me that the medium size was a large.

Only a two star because at least the staff was friendly albeit sllow. The facility though ...............DISGUSTING!!! Haven't been to this Starbucks in a while and man, it's really gone down hill. The bathrooms were just plain disgusting. Hand written sign on the door that they were working on one espresso machine, wasn't very busy but still still slow. Staff was friendly but seriously this facility needs some serious help. I feel like it used to be the nicest Starbucks in town. It feels like some place you'd find downtown Seattle. Garbage all over the floors, grimy dingy sink, urine running down the grout lines, nasty nasty nasty.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had at a Starbucks location. My favorite drink which has been perfected by the help of the Richland locations was just denied. Told I couldn’t do that??? Like what I have been getting the same drink the same way for years now! But this location told me I’m wrong can’t do that? Really? Also my drink is also wrong! Didn’t even put everything in I asked for! So this is wild to me! I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks ever

Car line is usually very long at normal commuter hours. Not to sound insensitive, this is a frequent hang location for the homeless both inside and out. There is always someone outside the store.
