My absolute favorite starbucks location to go to in the Tri-Cities. The baristas are always friendly, Gali is absolutely the sweetest and always greets me by name with a warm welcoming smile. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible service. We went through drive thru and the girls attending the window had an attitude of I hate my job and rude. I ask about ingredients of a caramel brûlée late because I am allergic of nuts and the girl was like I don’t know the ingredients but if something happens to you is your problem. When they saw we were Hispanic they did an ugly face. My husband and I we just had a bad news and we thought on getting a coffee to soft stuff out but they made it worst. Thank you any way.

absolutely horrible workers at the drive through. i’ve gone here multiple times and i ask to use 25 stars and i always get “you don’t have enough stars for this drink” half the time the people at the drive through seem high and cannot listen. 🙃 my drink tasted like pure chemicals and thankfully they gave us a refund but most likely won’t be returning.

I have visited this location regularly over the past 6 months. Unfortunately, today is the last time. Being served by people who hate their job & their customers reeks. The contempt and hatered for a $7.00 cup of coffee (that tasted like watery decaf) isn't worth the energy.

I got the best iced white mocha with caramel drizzle and salted caramel cold foam EVERRR!! It was recommended by the barista there so I had to grab their name after - Charlie u rock for this one :)

I went through the drive thru today and experienced a Barista named Nikolina. She was rude and condescending. My order was not complete but I decided not to go back just so I didn’t have to deal with her again. My loaf was so dry. I hope this isn’t the standard for this location.
