I went through the drive thru today and experienced a Barista named Nikolina. She was rude and condescending. My order was not complete but I decided not to go back just so I didn’t have to deal with her again. My loaf was so dry. I hope this isn’t the standard for this location.

Been buying a certain item since 2011 get new people in and decide they Won't do it anymore .. got a lot of health problems so it was so convenient for me but anymore people can't think outside the box and be kind .. I spent at least 3 thousand a year buying cups and gift cards plus my item and always gave them a tip from 10 to 20 dollars everytime.. won't be going to Starbucks anymore but I want to Thank the 3 people that were always so kind and caring towards me that understood my problems something could have been worked out but they weren't willing

It's a Starbucks, so you're virtually guaranteed above average coffee and wonderful staff to help you get caffeinated. I suggest always supporting local, non-corporate coffee shops whenever possible, but beyond that, Starbucks will typically hit the spot.
Dietary restrictions: I always rock the oat milk- in all these years they've never failed me and my lactose intolerance.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I've literally been to a coffee shop in Seattle that was truly unfriendly to children.

I am at this location relatively frequently. I’m often greeted by a generally friendly staff. However, this mornings greeting was a bit more friendly because of one young lady. I, obviously, had not had my coffee yet, so I didn’t exactly return the same energy (soooo sorry) but it did start my day off right. I was only there briefly to pick up my order. She asked me about my plans for the day, asked me what I was waiting on, and checked on my order all while she worked away making drinks. It’s simple, and is usually expected at a place of business, but is not always the case. My beverage was also made perfectly.
The woman wearing the black apron was not friendly, nor showed any concern about my experience being a good one. I came there to get a drink corrected and yet they made it wrong also. After going to two Starbucks, I gave up on getting my drink made right.
