I am a regular client at Starbucks.this last time I was there I asked for a cup of iced water as I usually do when I go, they tried to charge me almost 5$ for a cup of water!!! That’s ridiculous. The guy said it was something they will be doing now which is crazy to me considering I was spending my money there.

I ordered the Brown sugar shaken espresso. It’s popular. I know a lot of people hate making it but it’s been around long enough to know how and I paid. I paid extra for extra sweet and they clarified if I wanted 3 of the brown sugars instead of just 1 and I said yes. The drink was actually so disgusting it tasted like burnt cinnamon dumped in water and had the consistency of literal water- not oat milk. It definitely wasn’t extra sweet. It didn’t even taste as sweet as it would have when I have previously ordered it just regular. Then I ordered a lavender white mocha. They put the lavender powder in the bottom of the cup and didn’t mix it in. It was so bad. The customer service was great which is why I’m so confused and extra disappointed on how actually terrible the drinks came out. Like I seriously think I was given a returned drink or something because there’s no actual way.

They advertise free wifi, but don't have any. False advertising is OK now?

I walked in and ordered a pecan latte and an oatmeal.
My latte was made without foam by mistake so I asked for the foam to be added, the barista dumps some of my coffee to add the foam. Normally I wouldn’t care but a 16oz coffee is over $7.50. By dumping some of the drink you’re dumping shots which means I’m getting less coffee and less ice. Again not a biggie if the coffee wasn’t so damn expensive lol
Ontop of it My oatmeal was almost to the top with water so it was super runny, I couldn’t eat it.
I’ll come back but maybe not on a Friday… I hope this at least provides good training tips.

Drive through barista wearing face mask and a cap was very rude when I came up to the window for a drive through pick up. This was my first time trying the drive through pick up and I went straight up to the window. She immediately told me that I have to say what I'm there for in the intercom, she was short with responses and didn't greet me nor was she polite. Won't ever buy from here again because of her terrible demeanor.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally ordered for the location by the mall and the team gave me my coffee here anyway, despite my being totally fine with driving over. They went above and beyond and made my day.
