This used to be my favorite location to get my coffee, always done in a timely manner, great staff, but since they changed management most of the old staff has quit or loss hours. Since then my order is constantly wrong and mobile orders take over twenty minutes.

Barista suggested a drink, it was delicious. My sister tried a previous drink suggestion
When in to get a order she told me it would be ready soon so I sit down right there and wait forever to get up and ask again and there still working on it I ask a diffrent guy a third time and apparently it was ready for a bit just at the other end of the counter I guess and she just didn't bother to tell me it was ready just standing there wiping the same spot of the counter awhile lolz

I was not a customer here the other day, rather I was called to go fix a piece of equipment. However, I did have a cuppa while I was there and the staff were all helpful and kind. Especially the young lady who volunteered to stay late after closing so I could finish up that night instead of having to return the following day.This demonstrated to me that the employees at this particular location actually care about people. That attitude bleeds over into work, life, pretty much everything. I wish there were more people in retail/service industries like her. Kudos!
