I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Emma Faun! She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I was trying to decide between a couple of drinks. Her recommendation was spot on, and she made my drink perfectly. It's always a pleasure when you encounter someone who clearly enjoys their job and goes the extra mile for customers. Thanks, Emma, for making my day a little brighter!

Honestly this place is hit or miss. More miss than hit.... then when the staff is asked to remake it because it's no joke way too watered down or just not at all what was ordered, they throw a little hissy fit. Not an enjoyable experience and probably wouldn't recommend. It's embarrassing to have that done to you. Not a fan of this location.

I picked up drinks for my friend and I. The drink didn't look like the pic but was told it was the right one. I parked and went inside with my drink showed them the pic and the drink obviously not correct. Needless to say nothing went right cuz I think they added reg milk not oatmilk like advertised my friend got sick after a few sips of it. Very disappointed....

I stop here on my way to work frequently. The past two days I have been the only customer in the drive thru and my order has been wrong both days. Drove 30 miles out to work to take a drink of ny coffee and it tastes like nothing but steamed milk!! I order a vanilla latte and there is no vanilla and no espresso in my drink.

I usually wouldnât leave a bad review for subpar service, as I think Baristas are deserving of a break and are allowed to have a bad day. But even then, I still tip, I hold my tongue or I move on with my day. However, today I went in person to the Starbucks on Clearwater. An older white woman with glasses helped me. She was very aggressive upon 1st meeting. Saying âwhat size?!â âWhat size?!â Very rudely and seemingly annoyed, when maybe she hadnât heard me the 1st time. I also was in the middle of asking if their bathroom had a code, I said âyou guys donât have a bathroom code?ââ to which she cut me off with a disgusted look on her face and said, âyes we have a bathroom.â She was very rude in the way she cut me off, the way she was condescending, like I was less than human. I couldnât catch her name. I was so embarrassed at her snapping at me after every simple request that I just dropped it. I couldnât even make eye contact with her. I didnât know if this older white woman did so because I am a younger girl, so she thought she could get away with it. Or if she was just borderline racist. (I hate to go there, but what other reason could she have had so much hatred towards me for no reason?) It really rubbed me the wrong way, I donât think Starbucks would appreciate their staff treating their customers that way. :(

I went through drive through. I ordered venti blonde with oat milk and white mocha sauce. He/she/them kept getting the order wrong and asking again and again. When I finally got my order the cup wasn't even full.

I very rarely come to this location since every time i have my order is incorrect and I donât have a complicated order at all. I was out running errands and placed a mobile order since this was going to be the closest I was going to be to a Starbies. My last errand didnât take as long as I thought it would and I arrived sooner than my order said it would be ready. There was no one in the drive thru and very few people inside, I told the barista I had a mobile order and pulled up to the window. They gave me my food 1st and the other woman who was making my drink came to the window with it and told me to not show up that early when I do a mobile order. I was annoyed by the attitude and asked what the difference of me ordering at the speaker or placing an order ahead that they were able to get it started before I got there. She rolled her eyes and walked away and I let the barista at the window that this was the reason I donât go to that location. A comment was not necessary, professional but when met with the same energy she was angry. Hope she had the day she deserved.
