I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Emma Faun! She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I was trying to decide between a couple of drinks. Her recommendation was spot on, and she made my drink perfectly. It's always a pleasure when you encounter someone who clearly enjoys their job and goes the extra mile for customers. 15 minute wait for coffee. The drive thru was busy. I was the only person that ordered indoors. One job applicant in the corner with her interviewer rattled the windows with her exuberant demonstration of cheerfulness. The only other time I had to go back to this Starbucks was when they gave me someone else’s drink order. I go to this location a couple times a week on average and really enjoy their chocolate cream cold brews. Today I took some sips while driving away. It tasted like watered down foam, I could barely detect any coffee. I went back to have it remade, the cashier was professional but short with me.
