I’ve been a Starbucks regular for years, I grew up in Seattle and found myself in the mobile order drive thru line once or twice a day during high school and college. It’s almost always cookie cutter, predictable experience - not this location at the Columbia Center in Richland. They were having a little bit of a rough morning. But the customer service really impressed me. I wish I would have caught the guys name. I work in the same parking lot, my order was taking a little bit longer then normal and the guy from Starbucks called me to let me know that my order was ready. He knew where I worked and took the time to find my number and call me. He is Amazing!! Thank you!
