This is a great ice cream place and a store with a super kind heart. I left my tote-bag with my computer and phone there last Saturday during my visit from Seattle. Christian managed to mail it back to me very next day at a super reasonable price. I really appreciate his kindness and integrity and highly recommend his ice cream as well!

What an incredible nitrogen ice cream experience! Our team visited Sub Zero in Kennewick, and it was a hit. Watching the ice cream made fresh with nitrogen was fascinating, and the results were even better—smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. The staff was welcoming, and the cool atmosphere added to the fun. A must-visit for anyone in the area.

I really like the option to mix random flavors together. The ice cream is delicious regardless of the flavor combo cuz it's so fresh and creamy. I absolutely will be a repeat customer.
