Subway in Kennewick

“I had a great experience at this Subway! I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking a sandwich, but Austin was super patient and helpful. He suggested that I get an a chicken bacon ranch based on what I said I liked. He also made my sandwich quickly and exactly how I wanted it, all of the toppings were evenly spread, it was perfect. Excellent service, and I loved the decorations they put up for Christmas!! Super festive☺️“

“Angela was friendly and very welcoming, considering my husband and I walked in right at closing time. She was very pleasant and our sandwiches were made perfectly! Her attitude was very impressive and the store appeared super clean and well kept. We will definately return to this store!“

“I went through the drive-thru on Friday the 19th around 2 pm and there must of been a late lunch rush because I sat in the drive through for a couple minutes. After Kasey told me it would be a few minuts he came over the speaker apologized and took my order. He was great,very nice and kind. He apologized again and even gave me a cookie for my wait. My sandwich was amazing.“

“There is a subway a half mile from my work but I drive the extra 3 miles just for the service at this Subway. Jennifer is always happy and friendly. All the staff members at this Subway are fast and eager to help their customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“So I have been coming to this location since I moved here back in 2019, pre-covid. The store, which is NOT a corporate store, but rather a franchise overall inside the circle K. This used to be a really good place for a subway sub. The prices, until recently, used to be cheaper than all the other franchise and corporate locations. They used to be the only store open late, but the other stores have now adopted the 10 pm close time as well. The store ever since I have been coming here has always been clean and for the most part the employees are friendly and helpful. Like any other business, you get a few bad ones now and again, but overall, it's a decent mix. The only issue is that sometimes, when you order online or through the app, they either don't read the notes well or are too rushed to read them at all. Usually, I have to call them prior to picking up to make sure that they made it correctly.“
