Well, it's subway, good, and fast healthier than McDonald's. The price as well as ALL fast food is crazy!! WHY??? I don't get it you have to have a coupon to go anywhere. God, please help us. we are struggling 🙏

I don’t normally review places that I eat at BUT I was blown away by the service i received, the employee that was making my sandwiches was polite and professional making good conversation about our days while preparing, she repeated what i requested to make sure my order was correct, which I had different sandwiches so that was helpful. Asked if there was anything else I’d like (with a smile the entire time) really liked coming to this location, will definitely be coming again!

Absolutely 10/10 recommend this location. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile. No matter how busy they are they’re always polite and willing to accommodate. The store is always cleaned immaculately and there’s always a positive vibe which you don’t see often these days. I drive clear across town just to visit this location.

So I came in today literally not busy at all just one person in line I’m thinking okay no line maybe the employees will not be too stressed and in a good mood. I proceed to order a foot long everything seems fine besides the older lady that made my sandwich. She kept looking me up and down, side eye never once smiled and was short with me. Like she had a chip on her shoulder, I was extremely nice saying please and thank you with every question that she asked about my sub. I proceed to tell her all the veggies I wanted on it and mind you I had to tell her three times what I wanted on it ! Mostly because she was gabbing away with a man that I’m assuming was her regular because of the conversation they were holding. Which didn’t bother me what I did mind was she seemed annoyed at me for interrupting Her conversation when she was in the middle of making My sandwich, the audacity! Also I asked a question about the rewards program on the subway app and she snapped saying she didn’t know anything about that. Mind you throughout this whole ordeal I’m being polite saying please and thank you being the bigger person. But she was terrible! On top of all that three boys came in I’m assuming her kids and she was giving away free drinks like what ?! Abusing the system, unaccounted food cost so owners that’s where missing cost is going. She didn’t offer a bag when their bags are included with your purchase! No napkins when I know for a fact it’s 2 napkins with a foot long which is what I bought. And as I’m walking out the door she asked the guy behind me would you like a bag, and he walks out with like a handful of napkins! The disrespect for no reason is insane this older woman late 40s probably 50s needs to do better. Working fast food that’s meant for high schoolers and college aged people fr.

I walked in 20 mins before closing and the guy at the counter turned me away. Too close to closing time? They still had 20 mins before their "newly posted" closing time. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Also was another family sitting in the parking lot, upset, because they were also turned away. She commented that was the 2nd time this week that they couldn't get sandwiches because the store keeps closing early! The funny thing is that I drove across town to the clearwater location, and at 1 minute before 8pm, I got a great sandwich and exceptionally friendly service! I definately will not return to the location on Kennewick ave.

I stopped in to grab a sub for my daughter real quick. I didn't use the app as I usually do, but when I got there, I was 3rd in line. There appeared to be only one employee. He quickly finished with the first person and moved on to the second. During the sandwich making process, there seemed to be a communication problem between the customer and employee. While the employee was trying to figure out what the customer wanted, he was only getting a phone shown to him or a finger pointed at the menu board. This went on for a while until it was figured out, and the sandwich was completed and paid for. When it was my turn, my sandwich was made with no guys made about the previous customer, just like it never happened. I want to Thank this employee who could have easily lost his patience or mumbled and grumbled or spoke rude things, but instead held his composure and did the right thing and helped his customer eventually get what he came in for. You did an awesome job!
