So I was ordering my sandwich and was getting to the veggies and the lady told me they were out of lettuce which she should have started off with saying instead of letting me order my sandwich. The restaurant was dirty most likely you guys had lettuce but she was to lazy to prep it knowing this working in fast food and having friends that work for other subway locations. If you guys are out of stuff customers should be informed instead of waiting for the customer to get angry. And maybe a change to your restaurant to who ever runs this subway if you guys need a better manager to run your store email me back personally I'll be happy enough to change your restaurant to a better place hopefully the owner reads this

Toaster wasn’t working and they forgot about my food was waiting for 30 min on top of what I wanted for them to make it and when I got there it still wasn’t made didn’t make it till 20 min later said it would be right out 3

Over all the most worst subway to eat at I ordered my subway to be hot not called didn’t even heat them up the cheese was as cold as a freezer my chicken was cold as if they just thawed it out and missing condiments on both of the subs I ordered pooly did just to not do the job the girl that was there looked lazy and didn’t even try to do her job I suggest a diffrent subway

The last time I ate at Subway the bread was like it got slit in half just to make one whole sandwich it has shrunk dramatically and the girl literally tore my meat apart trying to make enough to go on my sandwich ?? in all my years I've never seen

Used to enjoy having a subway near my location. Ita happen to me twice on this location. Now I'll be going to a different location. the gentleman very rude for accepting coupon and was charging me for extra cheese and extra sauce. However I wish I could give zero star. And by the way I think he was manager, becouse when the cashier accepting my coupon he came over oh is that coupon and told her u have to charge for extra cheese and extra sauce. I told my kids that was last time becouse he did twice. just becouse I had a coupon 2 for $12.99...... he charge me with the coupon and a tuna sandwich $38.99. I would let the sandwich there and walking out but had my kids with me......

Food is amazing and so was Ryan! He was so so kind and was amazing about making our sandwiches. (my friend is a bit picky and he exceeded our expectations!)

Less than impressed tonight. Got the same thing I always do except they were out of lettuce so we got spinach instead. I opened my sandwich and it looked like a gross mess. None of the veggies were even inside the sandwich and the sauce (ranch and honey mustard) was on the outside of the veggies, also not in the sandwich. The cucumbers are very old, almost inedible. Soft, rubbery, and almost see through. I usually save the last half of my sandwich to eat for the next meal and I can't even do that. The paper is covered in sauce to the point its falling apart. Might as well have smothered a salad in the sauce and threw it on top of open faced Flatbread with chicken and bacon. Used to enjoy having a subway near the house. Now I'll be going to a different location.

The food isn't the best, but it's great if you need something to really fill your stomach, the service people there are also fairly kind. This final thing is unrelated to the actual store itself, but I feel like the app and the system allows for different proteins in one sandwich since they'll just make it the most expensive option and do extra protein. It happened when I wanted tuna in a meatball marinara. Besides that, it's not bad.

Sandwich "artisan" (i.e. maker) Notified us that they only had two pieces of bread left when we tried to order at 4:30pm. Offered wraps as alternative. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have sandwich bread at dinner hours?

Should be zero stars, received no service! Waited at the speaker, no acknowledgement, drove to the window, waited then honked my horn and a gal came from the back and told me I'd have to wait 10 minutes to place my order as she was on break. WHT, wait for service??? No thanks, won't get my business.

disgusting bread was burnt and just all around nasty tasting ordered from Clearwater subway thru drive thru! 3 foot longs and they all went to the trash ! I've been going to jersey mikes but thought hey let's see if subway is any better than they was in the past but again I learned they are so super gross nothing ever changes with subway commercial says meat sliced fresh but I beg to differ ! never going to another subway again ! Jersey mikes blows subway out of the water!

The 2 people working today (July 22nd at 1:44) were super kind and personable and helped process a huge order. They were peppy, happy, and amiable, there was a rude lady threatening to leave bad reviews and being problamaric but they were being kind and accommodating despite her. It’s a clean, kind place
