So I have been coming to this location since I moved here back in 2019, pre-covid. The store, which is NOT a corporate store, but rather a franchise overall inside the circle K. This used to be a really good place for a subway sub. The prices, until recently, used to be cheaper than all the other franchise and corporate locations. They used to be the only store open late, but the other stores have now adopted the 10 pm close time as well. The store ever since I have been coming here has always been clean and for the most part the employees are friendly and helpful. Like any other business, you get a few bad ones now and again, but overall, it's a decent mix. The only issue is that sometimes, when you order online or through the app, they either don't read the notes well or are too rushed to read them at all. Usually, I have to call them prior to picking up to make sure that they made it correctly.
Service at subway is ok But again beware it's the most trashy place to eat at The store there food in a molded cooler and have cockroaches all over the place!

Just ordered online and my sandwich is missing some stuff including the avocado I spent extra money on. My bread is really dry and rock hard and crumbling into dust as well. Bummed dude.

Had 1 employee, said was his first day. No one training him. He did a good job. Asked me questions about what to do.Sat down to eat and 2 other employees came from the back. Is that typical practice? Thought on job training should apply.

Went around 11:15, was in line for 30 minutes with five people ahead. Their was only one guy working during lunch rush hour, I feel sorry for the guy cause he was making delivery orders and orders in the store. It’s also in a very sketchy part of town, homeless people lurking around. Will not go here again.
I WENT IN LAST NITE A FEW MINUTES AFTER 5PM AND ASKED WHAT SOUP THEY HAD FOR THE DAYTHE GUY REPLIED WE HAV NO SOUP TODAY!!! JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS THIS TIME PERIOD IS SPECIFICALLY "RUSH HOUR" WITH THE TRAFFIC GOING BY THIS BUSINESS ON BOTH CROSS STRETS AND THEY DONT CLOSE TIL 8PM!!!! WOWWWWW WHEN THIS GUY IS WORKINGSUBWAY SURE LOSES ALOT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!! HOW SAD!!!!!BUT JUST SO U KNO I WENT IN 2DAYS PRIOR TO THIS DATE AND THE LITTLE GAL THAT HAS A NOSE RING WAS AMAZING!!!!! SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN!!!!!!!

We went there 20 min before they closed and the man there was not happy that our group of 4 walked in. He complained he needed to go the bathroom and had been waiting, and that we would have to wait a while for our food. Very disappointed.

Walked in at about 7:35 stood there till 7:41 as the worker made a couple sandwiches after making the sandwiches he looks at us and asks how many sandwiches we’re getting and we responded with “4” he then tells us that he won’t have time to make them because he closes at 8 and has to go to the bathroom. That leaves him with 19 minutes to make 4 sandwiches and go to the bathroom. Horrible customer service
