The young man working the counter (Santana if memory serves) was actually quite courteous and helpful with suggestions. The restaurant was clean and showed that the management and staff took time to present the establishment to their best ability.

This was a weird subway experience... I'll be picking other Subway restaurants in tri-cities in the future. This location didn't take subway mailer coupons, they didn't seem to know how the oven for toasting subs worked (just ran it on manual). The customer in front of me got mayo on about 1/3 of his sandwich and then they ran out of mayo... Instead of going to the back to get more mayo, they asked the customer if that was enough mayo...
