Totally messed up my sandwich. The kid working today was not paying any attention to what sauce he was picking up. I ordered a Baja chipotle turkey sandwich toasted. Did not put on the pepper jack cheese (nor did he even ask), and def did not put on chipotle sauce. Instead added cheddar cheese to my sandwich. He kept the lid the to meats and cheese up so I didn’t realize he screwed up my sandwich so bad til after I got home! Such a disappointment when all I could taste was the cheddar cheese sauce!

I ordered online and asked for the sauce on the side , it wasn’t on the side , that’s okay but I didn’t like how stingy they are with their vegetable even though I tipped.

I did an online order as I was short on time for work. When I got to work and opened my sandwiches up, I noticed there was barely any veggies on them. I specifically asked for spinach, extra onions & olives. Very disappointed. Won't order online from this shop ever

hate everyone there apart from Shane, he is a hard worker seems to love his job and he is very quick and kind when helping customers. he is fast friendly and highly uplifting everyone else seems to give disrespectful remarks to customers. should the manger be reading this I highly encourage you to give this man a raise!

My first Subway experience. It was suspect. Reason being they have a "shield" covering the meats. A shield so we cannot see the meats. WHY? I may have not eaten at Subway but my husband loves it so I have been into many of their restaurants in our home state as well as other states while visiting. Never have I seen the meat selection area hidden which makes me not trust this place. I skipped trying a sandwich. So I ordered a pretzel. It was horrendously dry as dirt. Tasted burnt while it didn't look burnt. And as hard as a rock. Tasteless. Literally just gave this Subway free money since the pretzel had to be trashed. But the place "looked" clean. Although I did not sit down or look around. There was only one employee so there was a long wait as she was doing everything herself. She was friendly even tho surely feeling rushed. I didn't mind the long wait after being greeted with a sweet smile but I do mind the "shield!". I do mind the awful pretzel.

I was very impressed tonight. We brought in a good sized group of teens traveling to a choir concert and there was only 1 worker. He did a great job, kept his cool got orders made and was kind. Another worker stopped by to deliver money and saw the line and without missing a beat jumped in to help. She too was kind and bantered with the teens. Thank you for your kindness and service.

Only one staff on during lunch on a Sunday. Staff on was rude and said online orders are more important and take priority. Maybe should not do online with only 1 incompetent staff member on. It literally would have taken the clueless worker 5 minutes to make the one sandwich. Will never waste my time on Subway again. Firehouse subs is far superior with much friendly staff.

Made three separate online orders last night and the last two were footlong Subs were completely wrong and mixed up. It's an online order, all of the instructions are written down step by step. Kind of hard to mess that one up but they still did. Gate was most of the way closed when we picked our stuff up at 6:30 even though the sign says open till 8:00 p.m.

Couldn't even bother to try to get online order correct. Was supposed to be ready at 6:30. Went in at 7 and order hadn't even been started. Waiting there and he got the order completely wrong. Of course you don't find that out untill after you get home. This is getting ridiculous Subway, do better!

Tuna sandwich was perfect made by a very a very friendly employee! Veggies were very fresh! I ate it here at the store which was very clean. talked to the manager Crystal who was very friendly and asked how my food was! Taking an extra one home for my husband!!
