Person opening the store today (Dec 22nd) was weird. Kept complaining to customers how they were tired and had to open the store. Then didn't actually open correctly as they just were using the previous days food, didn't get fresh ingredients. This location is usually okay but whoever opened today sucks.

Totally messed up my sandwich. The kid working today was not paying any attention to what sauce he was picking up. I ordered a Baja chipotle turkey sandwich toasted. Did not put on the pepper jack cheese (nor did he even ask), and def did not put on chipotle sauce. Instead added cheddar cheese to my sandwich. He kept the lid the to meats and cheese up so I didn’t realize he screwed up my sandwich so bad til after I got home! Such a disappointment when all I could taste was the cheddar cheese sauce!

I ordered online and asked for the sauce on the side , it wasn’t on the side , that’s okay but I didn’t like how stingy they are with their vegetable even though I tipped.

I did an online order as I was short on time for work. When I got to work and opened my sandwiches up, I noticed there was barely any veggies on them. I specifically asked for spinach, extra onions & olives. Very disappointed. Won't order online from this shop ever
