Swampy's BBQ Sauce & Eatery

Great food. 1 star for service, because there is none. But they still have the credit card kiosk asking for a tip. No Service, no tip. That would be like tipping the checker at the grocery store.

So this morning my brother & I felt like getting biscuits and gravy and he suggested we go to Swampys. Now Im going to admit I had only seen Swampys by just driving by and seeing the two huge smokers by the building. I never had thought they would have biscuits and gravy but he said we had to go. So off we went. I let him do the ordering since I hadnt been. We both got a large order of biscuits (2 biscuits) and gravy. This gravy was perfectly seasoned with spices and smoke. The bacon and sausage was the perfect amount, it was absolutely perfect. Now normally when you get biscuits and gravy a place will just cover the biscuit with gravy, Swampys cut the biscuit open, put a little gravy on it, then closed it and covered it with more gravy… I mean, really could you ask for anything better than that.. The biscuits were baked perfectly. If anyone asks me for a place that has good biscuits and gravy, im definitely recommending Swampys and I definitely will be going back myself and bringing whoever wants to join me…. I ordered the 16 oz trough after they told me it was a bbq sundae. That description basically says it all. The layers of slaw, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans were just amazing!

We ordered the brisket sandwich, smoked Mac and cheese, and the baked beans. Brisket sandwich was missing flavor and overly dry. The Mac and cheese was the main star with flavor the baked beans were ok.

Great BBQ. Just moved from food truck to building. The BBQ is amazing. The sides (coleslaw, beans, mac & cheese) are always great. Finally try the smoked cobbler! Yum!

Parking: Tons of parking, several handicapped spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots a bit distanced from ordering window, but no obstacles.

Wednesday lunch.Food was quite good - people were friendly.Very busy location with only 4 tables to sit outside.Only 4 stars because there was no where to wash up after the messy meal or restroom.#Recommended#VickieTravelz

I’m going to be honest. Don’t review a lot. Also, haven’t been since they opened the new restaurant by the original place. I am a FedEx man, and I eat out….. alot. I stoped in astonishment seeing the new location from where they were and wished to god above I wasn’t so busy to enjoy this miraculous piece of BBQ heaven. If you haven’t tried yet…. Why?

Whenever I choose to get Swampys I usually get their B&G for my husband's and my breakfast. We love their B&G! However, the other day we decided to do lunch and I got two Trisket Hoagies ($15.31 ea) and a small side of Mac & Cheese ($3.83), thinking we'd shard the Mac once I get to his work in Pasco. I was very sad when I opened my sandwich container and didnt see much meat in the sandwich and only BBQ sauce (yummy, but still) as the condiment. The meat was dry and chewy, even with the sauce. I found quite a bit of gristle in my sandwich and couldnt get some of it down. The mac and cheese was okay (I've had it before, but it seemed to taste different and the texture of the mac was off) I ordered a small and a tiny bit I got. It wasn't quite 3 bites. I think we'll stick with Swampys being our B&G go to, but lunch was disappointing.
