Great food. 1 star for service, because there is none. But they still have the credit card kiosk asking for a tip. No Service, no tip. That would be like tipping the checker at the grocery store.
So this morning my brother & I felt like getting biscuits and gravy and he suggested we go to Swampys. Now Im going to admit I had only seen Swampys by just driving by and seeing the two huge smokers by the building. I never had thought they would have biscuits and gravy but he said we had to go. So off we went. I let him do the ordering since I hadnt been. We both got a large order of biscuits (2 biscuits) and gravy. This gravy was perfectly seasoned with spices and smoke....
I ordered the 16 oz trough after they told me it was a bbq sundae. That description basically says it all. The layers of slaw, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and baked beans were just amazing!
