Just saw an employee, leave the restroom and go to straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. I was already in the process of drying my hands when I saw him walk out of the restroom, so I followed him out to the lobby and observed him going into the kitchen and start touching things without ever washing his hands. Also, everyone just stares at you. The signage says that if you’re paying cash to make your order at the kiosk, then go to the counter to pay, but when you’re at the counter, everyone just stares at you. Store is only superficially clean as well.
I am making this review less than five minutes after being in the store. Hopefully, that helps the store, identify the employee who did not wash his hands.

The food is great at this location. But they don’t pay attention to their uber and door dash drivers, especially if they don’t speak English very well. Which can ruin someone else’s order. You also can’t get ahold of someone at this location even if called non stop all day. I don’t know why I can’t get someone to answer the phone.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. The cheese quesadilla had a small sprinkle of cheese in the center. The Supreme Lux Box had three items barely the size of a babies hand, the 5 layer burrito smelled and tastes disgusting. I through it away after only 1 bite and the wife ordered a bowl with steak but got one with no steak and only 3 pieces of extremely expired CHICKEN. Never going there again.

I came through the drive-through and ordered a chicken bowl with no beans or rice and extra chicken which they charge me $1.60 for. When I got my bowl, it was regular chicken and the rest of the bowl was filled with lettuce. There was no tomatoes or onion or avocado in my chicken bowl. Every time I order double chicken at this location I never get it. Last time I went in and they corrected the issue, but were speaking in Spanish probably about me. And then they wouldn’t let me keep my receipt. This time I told him that I was gonna keep my receipt and he continue to try to snatch it out of my hand. I would like corporate to give me a call regarding this issue. And as I was talking to the young man at the window today after he handed me my money and I was still talking, he slammed the window shut. I don’t appreciate ever being treated like that.

I usually like taco bell but me ording food this late you would think they don't have much orders you know maybe a chill shift this late but tell me why my chalupas was hard enough for me to break a walnut open lol I spit that out right away not only was it hard but the taste was kinda weird anywho just letting people know don't order late because apparently they ain't go the time to make a fresh chalupa I wish the taco trucks were open instead :( some days you win other days you lose lol.

Ordered doordash on newyears eve at 5:30pm, and the order took almost an hour. My dasher told me they locked the doors and blocked the drive thru with a car. On top of that they were rude to him and didn't want to make the order. After over 30 mins of waiting at the store he finally got the food which was mediocre at best.
