We came through at about 12:30am The service was great The food came pretty quickly And for the first time EVER our nacho fries were hot and fresh The overnight crew is amazing

yeah so absolutely not, tried to order a water was gonna get charged $3. then i went to order a cheese quesadilla with no sauce add beans and the person taking my order couldn’t hide their disgust. then i was given a steak quesadilla with extra sauce. and when i went back through and really nicely told them it was the wrong quesadilla they were really annoyed and when i double checked there was no sauce was harshly told it was what i wanted. also it was crumpled at the bottom of bag both times

Ordering ahead with the app seems slower than if I'd just ordered from the drive thru. It has been 30 minutes since I ordered ahead and I'm still standing here waiting.

Just saw an employee, leave the restroom and go to straight to the kitchen without washing his hands. I was already in the process of drying my hands when I saw him walk out of the restroom, so I followed him out to the lobby and observed him going into the kitchen and start touching things without ever washing his hands. Also, everyone just stares at you. The signage says that if you’re paying cash to make your order at the kiosk, then go to the counter to pay, but when you’re at the counter, everyone just stares at you. Store is only superficially clean as well.
I am making this review less than five minutes after being in the store. Hopefully, that helps the store, identify the employee who did not wash his hands.

The food is great at this location. But they don’t pay attention to their uber and door dash drivers, especially if they don’t speak English very well. Which can ruin someone else’s order. You also can’t get ahold of someone at this location even if called non stop all day. I don’t know why I can’t get someone to answer the phone.
