Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. A sit down restaurant would’ve been faster. Incredibly cold in the restaurant. No consideration for guests. Food was ok. Restroom code for male bathroom only for some strange reason,

I’ve used this location many times and have never had a problem until today. My order was made incorrectly and I asked them to redo it, the second time looked like they just took it apart and pieced it back together. The crunchwrap was open on both sides and the shell was cracked, tortilla was torn too. I asked to then speak with a manager to show them and explain what had happened, to which he didn’t apologize and only said he didn’t use the same one (clearly did), and asked if I want him to redo it again.

I know it’s just fast food, but I wouldn’t have served what they gave me the second time to anyone.

I wish I had taken a picture of it but I’m sure this isn’t the first time it’s happened as the issue is no longer just a simple mistake, it is management. After speaking with the manager it makes sense why they work fast food. Their work ethic wouldn’t be acceptable elsewhere.

I will not be returning and I’m sure Manny (manager) will be happy for that as he can continue to half ass his job and not be called out on it. I suggest taking up reading as a hobby to work on his comprehension.

Have used this location many times and have had my fair share of mess ups, no big deal. They’ve usually always corrected it the second time and it’s never been a problem. Tonight was not one of those experiences.
When we tried to get our food remade correctly as to how we ordered it online, the manager, Manny, did not apologize or have any accountability for making the food wrong. We went back through the drive thru a second time after they “fixed” our food and it was literally a glob and you couldn’t even hold the food, it was half assed. When we asked for the manager, Manny proceeded to say he did in fact remake it and asked if we wanted it remade again. The worker that was doing drive thru was nice enough, but Manny doesn’t seem like a good manager if he doesn’t want to hold himself accountable for making food wrong. Wasted my money this evening and ended up not even eating the food. I get it’s fast food but maybe you shouldn’t put someone in charge who half asses everything and seems to have an ego through the roof.

went at lunch with my friends when they were not busy, there was no lunch rush yet or many online orders. we asked if we could split payment because we ordered together, since there was no rush and they said no. before this, we asked if we could make 2 separate orders as there was no one behind us in the drive thru and they also refused that. what the heck, taco bell?

Went thru drive thru and as I pull up to pay, they try and tell me 2 cards declined. Then finally figure out system is down. My food sitting on the counter they already handed me the sodas. I'm like it's late, I wanna get home I have 4 buck can you possibly comp the food since it's a random error. Manual said oh no, this is too much food (like 30 bucks) but you can pull around grown and wait if you want. 👎

I think about 10-20% of the time I order there they either leave an item completely out of the bag or make it wrong which wouldnt be a problem if they would ever pick up the phone so you could at least ask directly how they would want that handled.

Continues to not give us our sauce that costs like a dollar a piece. If you cant put sauce in the bag or count to ten nuggets you probs should just give up and quit. Also plz fix your pop machine the Diet Pepsi has tasted fruity any time we ever get it. God bless
