Taco Bell / KFC

I don't care if it's lunchtime, no one has the right to swindle me or anyone else the way they do. I asked for a beef chalupa, no lettuce, no tomato. What I GOT was a day old chalupa with the lettuce taken off and SOME of the tomato removed. I also found there was a small amount of beef included with the small amount of cheese. All in all I would say at this point I am not planning on ever going back!

Ordered 3 tacos at the drive through, pulled up to the window and while paying I asked for some mild sauce the guy just gave me a strange look, then asked if I could pull around to #1 spot out front. After waiting for 3 little tacos I opened the bag and there was no mild sauce or napkins. I had to get out of my car and go get my own from inside. What good is a drive through if they don't listen and you still have to go inside yourself.

I prefer going to this location because they get my order right more than any of the other local locations I have been to.

I know everyone in here is working hard, but every time I’ve come something in my order is messed up or missing. I’ve lived by this spot for like 4 years and literally always drive to the one on 395 cause everything is so consistently wrong. Coming by today was the unfortunate reminder I need to go to a different one lol.

I ordered a quesadilla i asked for it yo be extra crispy and it came cold and didnt offer hot sauce ? The service was awful..

ONLY COME HERE ON WEEKDAYS. Miserable food and service. The young lady at the drive-thru was distracted being flirted with by another employee (likely the manager) and didn't give us sauces or a receipt. The chicken was wildly overcooked, the quesadilla was burned and the Supreme taco was half filled with sour cream.

You cannot trust this restaurant on the weekends!

Called to check on if they made taco salads, guy said yes . Husband goes to get …Calls me , says they don’t make. Ordered Nacho supreme tacos, they were definitely not “just made” , very minimal ingredients, no sour cream nor lettuce….

Kevin and Marshall were outstanding. They quickly resolved the issues with our order without any hassle. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and will definitely return to this location for another meal!

This place sucks so bad!!! Went last night cost 65$ for more then half the food to be wrong or missing. The pizzas stuck to the lid, steak chalupa with 5 pieces of steak on the whole thing… Then I call to talk to them and they pick up and and ask for a manager they laugh and hang up. Keep calling back for them to pick up laugh more hang up then put the busy signal after that. Worse service and food ever!!!

It’s very bad service , the supervisor in the night when I order my meal she was to bad I wish I could know her name . She seemed having bad day and best it to customer . My meal was missing the nacho fries and sauce and tissue . I am paying u girl if u have a bad day go home don’t work . I am not that cheap to drive back and ask u to do ur job better. Next time don’t worry I will get ur name . Also she did not have me the receipt

I love Taco Bell but this specific location is trash. I would think going at a slow time I would get my order correct. Still forgot part of my order . I work restaurants and honestly it’s ridiculous that they can’t slow down to look at orders having like 5 people in the drive tru.
