Hope the owner of this KFC knows that their employee on Thanksgiving came outside asked if we had an online order and said we didnt and proceeded to say they're closed. Buddy is only doing online orders so he doesn't have to work as much lmao Hey man can't be mad its what you expect from this KFC.

Kids wanted fried chicken. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for fried chicken. So we settled for tenders. Then we waited 25 minutes and watched as 4 people that ordered AFTER us enjoy their fried chicken… Then when our food finally came it was the saddest looking meal ever, messed up in at least 3 different ways. I know it’s fast food, but come on….

I don't care if it's lunchtime, no one has the right to swindle me or anyone else the way they do. I asked for a beef chalupa, no lettuce, no tomato. What I GOT was a day old chalupa with the lettuce taken off and SOME of the tomato removed. I also found there was a small amount of beef included with the small amount of cheese. All in all I would say at this point I am not planning on ever going back!

Ordered 3 tacos at the drive through, pulled up to the window and while paying I asked for some mild sauce the guy just gave me a strange look, then asked if I could pull around to #1 spot out front. After waiting for 3 little tacos I opened the bag and there was no mild sauce or napkins. I had to get out of my car and go get my own from inside. What good is a drive through if they don't listen and you still have to go inside yourself.

I prefer going to this location because they get my order right more than any of the other local locations I have been to.

I know everyone in here is working hard, but every time I’ve come something in my order is messed up or missing. I’ve lived by this spot for like 4 years and literally always drive to the one on 395 cause everything is so consistently wrong. Coming by today was the unfortunate reminder I need to go to a different one lol.
