JUST moved into a new house yesterday and needed some dinner. Says they close at 8pm but we came at 7:20 and they were already closed with lights off. We weren't sure if they were just doing drive through because we're from the other side of the mountain were everything stays open till midnight or later, and do drive through till around 3am. As we pulled up to the speaker, two guys just laughed and walked away from the windows as we pulled through. I've worked in fast food and it's VERY unprofessional to close up 30 minutes before actual time of closing, more acceptable to do it 10-15 minutes before but 30-40 minutes before, absolutely not. Change your time of closing, if you're going to close 30 minutes early. I've lived in Kennewick for about 8 months now and was excited tonight to hear of a taco time for the first time, but was extremely irritated when I went to get food and it was closed. Not to mention, one of the guys working was literally just sitting at the drive-thru window playing on his phone till he saw us pull around, then he got up started laughing and walked away. Guess I won't be getting Taco time anytime soon as I found this so unprofessional and irritating.

Nasty food and service was horrible if you go threw drive threw they have you place yr order there and then they have to retake yr orders again at the window. Took over half n hr in the drive through with one car in front of us. Expensive and not much food .

went to pick up at 7:15 .. hours say open till 8. Open sign was on yet we were told they were no longer cooking. No explanation no apology and employees inside doing nothing. Tried to call manager all day today and phone was solid busy.. put the phone back on the hook! sounds like lazy employees and I feel sorry for the owners.

I had to give you one star you definitely weren't worth that. If you say you close at 8;00 PM then you shouldn't close before that especially on a Saturday night . The OPEN sign was on and we pulled into the drive through. No one answered so we could order. When we pulled a round there were employees inside. Very poor practice.

Today at 3:54pm, I purchased a crisp meat burrito and a small Mexican fries. The Mexican fries were cold and edible. The burrito was very hot() but broken in 1/2. This is one of my favorite places to grab fast food and this not happened before. The girl on the drive thru was friendly.

Horrible experience every time I visit this location. Very rude and disrespectful employees. They have one job, and it's terrible. More training on customer service? People like this ruin a good business. Speaker at the drive thru wasn't working, and he screwed up my order. I completely inconvenienced the dude working at the window. He was so rude I drove off before paying or getting the food I ordered. Don't like your job, quit. Owner or management need to make some changes. Also fix the open signs. It seems they are always off a few hours before closing, how convenient. I won't be back or recommend this location.

Went and ordered 22 items and was only given 2 ranch!!! The guy at window was rude. Ask to talk to the Manager. Ordered 16 Crisp Meat burritos ? and 6 soft Tacos ?... So they say its from the Supervisor... and there was nothing they could do. Then drive around to find out that they didn't even give the ranch i paid for.2011 until now... Was a good customer. But now I see that they don't care about there customers.

Found a long blonde hair half way through my burrito last week. Super gross ? very disappointed because I was a regular but having a hard time going back now...
Not really good. Prices are up and servings are shrinking.

The lady at the window was super nice and friendly. Could've sat there and chatted for hours. Taco time is my absolute favorite of the fast food chain Mexican food places. They have the best green sauce.

Drive thru veggie burrito and iced tea. Yum!The employee at the window was super nice and was wearing ? earrings! Love it!Vegetarian options: I love the veggie burrito. Lots of rice, beans, sour cream, and cheese. Fresh lettuce and tomato. They add sunflower seeds for a delicious crunch ?!

This Taco Time in Tri Cities SUCKS! They DON'T have Chili nor do they have Fish Tacos! Needless to say we will not be stopping by there again! WTH a Taco Time that DOESN'T have Chili!
