I had a quesa birra for the first time. It was fantastic! I highly recommend giving anything on their menu a try. Start with the quesa birra first, though!
I ordered 3 adobada tacos and my mom ordered the asada quesabirria. Both were incredible, and they had us try a new pineapple based hot sauce; I don't normally love pineapple, but it ended up my favorite of the sauces they gave us. Truly incredible food

My husband and I had the quesabarrias and they were so so yummy! It was my first time trying one and I got it with chicken. Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty food!
This is the best birria I’ve had! The portions were generous and the service was great!

5/5 Stars phenomenal Tacos, great flavor, reasonably priced, hands down best tacos at the Hub!
Omg the Quesa-birria tacos are to DIE FOR. So juicy and delicious. The undercovered dining was average, all the tables were a little dirty but I’m here for the food anyways so these bomb tacos made up for it

Excellent customer service from the cashier and his dad. Excellent food to match. I have been looking for a place that makes birria-style tacos, quesadillas, and Ramen that isn't JUST beef. You can substitute for pork or chicken, I did pork, and it was fantastic! 🤤

Tacos El Giro is a food truck in a pod with a dozen others. We had tacos con birria and tacos on pollo. The meats were succulent and well spiced, but the star of the show was the handmade tortillas. The green salsa was piquant and fruity. The staff were helpful and patient.

Everything about this place is awesome! First time here and this place stood out. The birria is top notch and they gave me the homemade corn tortillas no charge since it was my first time. Definitely worth whatever extra it is. They guys working there are awesome! When I come back through this area I'm going here again for sure

Let me just say I LOVE tacos so any city I go to I’m looking for the best! I’ve been to a few places in the tri cities area and haven’t been wowed but this place deserves recognition! First of all let’s start w the home made tortillas !!!! I haven’t seen anyone do that anywhere it’s what I was craving and the ones here are so goood! The carne asade was fresh and had good flavor. Customer service was top notch the young man at the window is great at what he does, it was quick as well. My only thing is I wish the sauces were spicier but they were still good I just love spicy food. You won’t regret it I’ll for sure be back thank you
Nice spot at The HUB. We sat down to eat and he came out a a few minutes later and grabbed our empty plates and brought a bunch of his homemade salsas/hot sauce.(He has a lot) The deep red oil/chili paste was killer, great flavor and nice and spicy. I dumped one on my quesa birria tacos and the other in the consume. It was grubben. The guy took good care of us. No complaints.
My sister and I ordered a Queso Birria to split. It was a good portion and stuffed well with queso and birria with delicious consome and side sauces. The owner was even so sweet, he offered us some other sauces to try with the food (which made it even better). The overall experience was so great. It was worth giving them an extra $10 tip! And coming back for sure!
First time trying it since I’m from out of town decided to stop by, don’t regret it at all was super delicious and great customer service! The salsa verde was so yummy!
Best birria in tri cities! The flavor in the consome is unmatched ❤️❤️🤌🏻
