The food is fantastic but the cost was outrageously high. Food cost are high everywhere of course but this was exceptionally high. Can get same quality food for half the price elsewhere.

We tried Hibachi Explosion for the first time today. Everything was delicious, portions are very generous, and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Honestly , payed 20 bucks for this shi it was mad dry tbh had to add my own buffalo sauce to make it better not enough shrimp was added for 20 bucks tbh ain’t coming back and i don’t usually wrote reviews but had to write one for this tbh prices are

Super close taste to other hibbatchi in the area but without the wait. Super delicious and nice people. My only recommendation is putting sauces in a second small bag so they don't pop open during transportation:) friendly people. My new addiction for food trucks! I will go here before I would go to the other hibatchi grill!

I will say that the combo yakisoba was loaded with vegetables & meats. The noodles were done just right. I definetely had leftovers, big portion. Had carrots, cabbage, and onionWas served hot & came out pretty quickly.
