Two cars in front of me. Literally a 20 minute wait. Yes they both purchased several drinks. The Human Bean is happy. Maybe they sold 8 or 10 drinks in 20 minutes and only lost one drink in that time. I couldn't back out after 15 minutes waiting. A car had pulled up behind me. I drove away and lost 20 minutes that I didn't have to spare.
I will never return and risk waiting 10 to 20 minutes with no way to escape the car in front of me again.
I went there and ordered 2 large, iced coffees. First, it took way too long and the girls were having their own conversation the entire time they were making my coffees. Then she hands me 2 32oz, which I understand I said large but it would’ve been courteous to ask if I meant 32 or 24 oz. THEN they didn’t even label the drinks so when I asked which was which she was really confused and seemed like she guessed which one was which. It didn’t matter because they both tasted awful. To top it all off, she filled one to the brim of the lid, so before I even put the straw in the coffee was leaking and spilling out the top. Now my car has coffee all over the center console, I’m stuck with two 32oz coffees that are gross and wasted $15.
