Lotus was flat, not carbonated. Almost no ice, the syrup was warm. Overall drink was terrible.

The coffee is top notch and the atmosphere was ideal for writing, socializing. They serve with elegant cups with artistic taste. Its a jade gem in town, highly recommended!

I got a black Americano one day, and it was smooth and a bit nutty. I've never had such black coffee taste so good! I will definitely come back again to try their more sweetened creamy drinks.

Walked in, wasn’t too busy, ordered coffee and it came out watered down/ diluted, low quality, I’ve been coming here for a while and the quality seems to have gone down and the baristas rushed the drinks, didn’t put much care into it. Couldn’t finish it

This place is a gem! Great coffee ( the cafe miel is amazing) great food, and the vibes were 10/10.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. I didn't eat here and didn't see many people come in for food so can't comment on the quality of their menu but otherwise recommend a visit here. It was a good place to hang out and drink tea. The tea was good!

The atmosphere was nice inside, and they did have a drive-through. There was only one girl working when I used the drive-through at 10:30 am. She was nice, but very quick, and she seemed very rushed just taking my order. It seemed like she was anxious. I ordered a 12oz americano with extra heavy whipping cream and caramel sauce. It was alright but tasted very burnt and did NOT have extra whipping cream, even though I was charged for it. She also did not hand the machine back to let me tip or sign when I paid, which is odd and unusual. This place DOES NOT have white coffee. All in all, 3 stars.

I did a review back when this business was under a different name and management, and I was pretty disappointed in my service and beverage experience.

Flying X however, I love. Their staff is very friendly, and the drinks and baked goods are quite tasty.

$5 for a small sounds reasonable, but not when the small is actually kid’s size! I have had coffee all over the US and this is the smallest small cup I have ever had. The drink was okay, but not phenomenal.

Beautiful coffee shop! Most of the baristas are super friendly. My only complaint is the constant blasting music. This is the fourth time I've gone inside armed with a book to enjoy some coffee and decompress, only to leave shortly due to the *LOUD* music. That's not relaxing.

Top quality coffee on par with the best we’ve had in Seattle. Also good treats made quickly. Staff will happily introduce you to fine coffees and give you a shaker show if you order the scosso!
