I did a review back when this business was under a different name and management, and I was pretty disappointed in my service and beverage experience.
Flying X however, I love. Their staff is very friendly, and the drinks and baked goods are quite tasty.

$5 for a small sounds reasonable, but not when the small is actually kid’s size! I have had coffee all over the US and this is the smallest small cup I have ever had. The drink was okay, but not phenomenal.

Beautiful coffee shop! Most of the baristas are super friendly. My only complaint is the constant blasting music. This is the fourth time I've gone inside armed with a book to enjoy some coffee and decompress, only to leave shortly due to the *LOUD* music. That's not relaxing.

Top quality coffee on par with the best we’ve had in Seattle. Also good treats made quickly. Staff will happily introduce you to fine coffees and give you a shaker show if you order the scosso!

Flying X Coffee has been my favorite. I loved their little stand in Pasco. It has closed now. I was excited to see they were in Kennewick now ans tried them a couple times. The coffee just isn't the same as it used to be. I dont know if they stopped using Rockabilly Roasters beans or what. The coffee isn't very strong. The Last time I was in there my coffee tasted mostly like milk. Pretty disappointing for a $6-$7 coffee.

Great ambience and stff. However, they simply never get my simple mocha right. Inspite of a very clear instruction on how many coffee shots and how many chocolate shots, they end up making it overtly sweet. I would have preferred their coffee to taste like coffee more than chocolate. Hence the 2 stars.
