Order#601153 We came in to dine there today.. we had one of the worst experiences we have ever had coming to dennys over the years... The food took an hour to come out, all but one of the meals where cold, over cooked and just wrong.. 3/4s of everyones food wast left on the plate as uneaten.. i did receive a discount but that only covered one of the 5 meals that were completely messed up.. I am beyond Disappointed and quite insulted that the $18 is the best you can do for a discount

Waitress took our order attempted to not write anything down which is never a good sign. A short time after she comes by to let us know she is going on her break. We waited for well over 30 minutes to get Big Dipper Melt and a Burger with fries. Where we were seated I could see into the kitchen and noticed our order waiting in the window for at least 10 minutes, since our waitress was on break we were at the mercy of another server. Finally our food arrived and it was wrong and cold. The substitute server took my husbands burger back to add the cheese to it, but both orders were wrong and cold. Our server finally came back from break stopped very briefly to ask if we were okay. Didn't even have time to explain anything before she was on her way again. We continued to eat our cold food. Once done we waited for her to return to clear the plates or ask about dessert or bring our bill that never happened. Finally went to the counter to pay where we found a hostess we think and the manager who was clearly out the register for the evening. I told them we never got a bill and advised where we were seated they never asked out our food was or service. I attempted to alert the manager but she was more interested in another server who arrived to tell her a story. I mentioned to the hostess of the poor service not once did she offer any apologies or to get the manager back involved. The restaurant wasn't even busy for a Friday night so there is no excuse for poor service and cold food other then poor staff including managers. It will be a while before we considering going there again. Not worth paying cold food and poor service.
