The food was kinda meh and not to mention the floor was covered in peanut shells and popcorn along with the bathroom having urine all over the floor and I think some vomit when I went, go elsewhere

Drinks were delicious but oh my goodness. The service sucks. They only had 1 bartender. He was fulfilling 4 orders for the tables and after he would grab someone from the longest line. Please hire more people. There was so many waitresses but not enough bartenders. There’s room for efficiency.

It was great if they had more help. The gal that was here couldn’t do her job. Very forgetful, and slow. Licked someone’s glass and stuck her finger in someone’s cup after putting it in her mouth. She also spent too much time with the ones she knew well. Pretty much forgot we were here.

The bartenders do not give back exact change, they steal your money if your to drunk to notice. I bought a half pitcher the total was 9.78. I gave her a twenty, she gave me back ten dollars. When I asked her why I didn't get exact change, she handed me a dollar and said it was only 22 cents. I told her to keep the 22 cents and the extra 78 cents she gave me. Not cool

This review is a response to the previous review by Sandra. I hope people take her thoughts with a grain of salt. I’ve always found the staff at the Pub to be friendly and accommodating. Sandra could benefit from the golden rule of “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” I suspect the staff of the pub would have received a negative review from Sandra no matter what they did.

Had so much fun shooting pool with my best friend. I've had surgery and my body isn't healing well. Felt good get and move. But, my body was starting to give out. I was drinking 7up, but, it looked like I drank too much. My balance was faulty. A very good time though. Thank you.

Was told I don't look old enough to be in a bar (I'm 30 with a baby face) I also own my own company and was sporting my work shirt. I was with a regular that the bartender knew. We had our IDs taken by a Gothic looking chick, I didn't get her name. She went over and pretended to slide out cards through a scanner and said that it came back red and we are not allowed in. The bar was PACKED and when she first saw us, she sighed and was visibly upset she had to serve 2 more people. She didn't scan our IDs as we've been to the dispensary and many other bars that scan and never had an issue. Please tell me what 30 year old has a fake ID? We will NEVER give this company our business and I'm a large business owner. We were planning our company party with around 65 people and we will no longer be doing business here. You lost out on a 40 to 80 dollar tab each person and tips. We will be telling all our employees, partners, and clients not to come here. The management can reply with an email or phone number to speak with the owner. I was just at the pub location in richland and had no problem getting in. Disgusting service, even more Disgusting of an attitude. You can watch the cameras about 5:15-5:30 on September 19th and watch us sit at the end of the bar and wait and wait...then when our IDS are denied, the other bartender said she knows my friend and his dad and that we are good. The other Gothic girl said we has to go. Clearly she didn't scan our IDs and didn't wanna work and get us our order. Laziness, pure laziness. Plenty of other bars in in the area with cheaper, better deals and fun servers. Do not visit this bar.

we went to the Pub on Clearwater in Kennewick for the first time to meet friends and learn how to play shuffleboard. it is a large spacious building with plenty of options for entertainment. our friends had their drinks and their food was on the way. A server came over to take our order and we asked lots of questions regarding specific beer, for my husband and I wanted a glass of wine. the beer was easily answered but not so much the wine. my friend and I went to the bar to see what they actually had. unfortunately (here in heart of wine land) all the wines were on the lower quality scale and I didn't want any of them, so I asked about Bourbon, as we walked toward other end of bar, our server must have made eye contact with the woman bartender ( possibly with a negative eye roll) which prompted her to ask in a very sarcastic tone, " what about Champagne ?" I stopped and said, Are you calling me a snob? she definitely was taken back but her answer was, again, sarcastic, Well I love Champagne. then quickly, said, I'd never call a customer a snob. I ended up with Makers Mark bourbon on the rocks, but didn't want to order food as I was suspicious it would get spit on or something. I definitely felt that both the server and bartender were being very pretensious. I'd like to go back with our friends as I enjoyed playing shuffleboard, but hopefully a different pair to order our drinks from.
