Roaches on top of roaches do not eat here absolutely disgusting. Worst place to eat. Sushi is not fresh and frozen.

Do not i repeat do not eat here. The place is infested with cockroaches and they do very little about it. They have failed almost all health inspections. The cooks do not wash their hands and cough and sneeze into the food. The owners are rude and extremely cheap and do not care for their customers or employees. If they find a roach in your food they will just pick it out and serve you the food. I have had food poisoning from this restaurant twice. Do not go here.

Ordered a $47 15 piece sashimi dish. The fish was mushy as though it had been frozen and thawed. It wasn't tasty or rich in taste. I was so disappointed as I was craving sashimi. The plate was plain in its presentation, and no daikon or shiso leaves, along with fake green leaves. There was no Miso soup or seaweed salad. Far too much for the price of the lunch. My partner's plate came out before mine. I didn't want him to wait as his was a hot dish.I was sad because it was supposed to be a special lunch for us. We won't be returning.

The search for good beef teriyaki continues. This was not it. Meat was overly fatty. Teriyaki sauce was applied too sparingly. Having a separate plate of the salad with Asian dressing was nice. The nigiri yellowtail was not very chilled.

I come here very often because the food is so good. However, I never dine in. We always get our meals to go because of the horrible customer service. This place has so much potential, but they need to invest in properly training their hostesses and servers. Every time we call to place a to go order, the people on the phone sound so mad, and when we go in to pick up the food, same thing… Lol. But again, awesome food.

I stayed at the hotel across the parking lot. We ordered our food to go and spent a lot of money. One thing we ordered was the pork fried rice. It was not fried rice at all. It was white rice with pork. I walked back with the rice and let the lady know and she apologized and said they would remake the order. A few minutes later she came back with a bag with an order of pork fried rice and said the cook told her they use brown food due to make the rice look like fried rice and the cook said they were out of the dye. When I got back to my room my boyfriend and I pulled the fried rice out and it was the same fried rice I took back. So I took it back and the place was closed. The next morning we waited to check out of our room for the place to be open to take the food uneaten back and speak with the manager. When we got there the place was “Closed for the day for the super bowl”. Needless to say I was not happy. That fried rice was expensive. So I left the fried rice at the door and headed home 3 hours away. Very disappointed.

I order from them fairly often, and I'm normally impressed with the food, but tonight was all about the customer service. A woman called me to make sure I didn't accidentally order twice, after the first delivery didn't make it to my house. She apologized for Uber's mistake, and offered to communicate with the next one to make sure I got my food. It's true that you never know what someone might be going through, and that kindness goes a long way. If you're reading this, thank you for making an otherwise dreary night a little bit better. ❤️

From out of town traveling for work. I ordered online pickup. I ordered the Generals Chicken and paid extra for the fried rice. I requested utensils as I'm traveling and needed a way to eat. Needless say I didn't get the fried rice or the utensils. Is it really that hard to get such a simple order correct?
