Horrible customer service. Lady that takes your order with glasses has a bad attitude and is very condescending as well as the cooks having a nasty attitude making a big fuss in regards to getting a side of sour cream that we were charged for 2.25 which is insane. Do not recommend coming here

Gross ....totally love Danny Trejo and his book is amazing. These beef tacos at the amphitheatre where 3 soggy beef with more tomatoes than beef. Very little cojita cheese. Taco bell beef taco or even jack in the box are better

The Washingtonian Foodie
I stopped by The Hub today and saw Trejo's Mexican Restaurant. My usual go to is Asada pretty much anywhere I go if they have it, but today I chose to order their Tacos Gobernador (Shrimp Tacos). FLAVOR HEAVEN Y'ALL!! It was love at first bite, the cheese, the nice and flavorful shrimp...delicious! I'll for sure keep coming back for these tacos because they are killer!! Their customer service was top notch too. Once you place an order with them, they hand you a beeper that will make a noise once your order is ready. Really convenient instead of having to auction out orders to folks. You can also choose anywhere to eat inside or out at The Hub or take them home and enjoy them!
You can also see when Trejo's Taco Factory will be at The Hub By visiting The Hub's Facebook page. They post every week who will be there Sunday-Saturday as well as the times they will be here. For August, Trejo's Taco Factory will be there from 11am-9pm from now until Sunday. *That is subject to change*.

Very inconsistant. The first couple times I had their quesabirria with consome it was very flavorful. Then other times it was bland and the consome tasted bland like water.
Had the Asada Torta and OH EM GEE, people. So, so good. My husband got the shrimp tacos (Tacos Gorbernador) and he said they were phenomenal. Head on down to Summer’s HUB in Kennewick and see for yourself.
