Tsunami Catering

So I snuck some turkey tonight, much to the disappointment of my brother who resisted the temptation the whole drive home with it, and I swear it was the best I have ever had in my whole life of 43 years. I normally am not much of a meat eater but I must have had a wild hair flare or a destiny call because it beckoned me. I rationalized that I would simply give up my rations tomorrow. After all, turkey is probably the least eaten of our dishes every time we cook a turkey dinner and we have so much turkey leftovers that the guilt is as heavy as we are with all the carbs we devour with wanton desire. Tomorrow the turkey will be an endangered dish, if it makes it to tomorrow. Turkeys around the world will become an endangered species if you keep making it this good. Thank you.

Tsunami Catering ruined Mother's Day today. Their piss-poor planning ran out of food before the event barely began. They ruined 3 Mother's special day and not even so much as an apology.

I with for a company that regularly orders catered meals. Tsunami has the best catered food I've experienced in the Tri-Cities. How do they take something as simple green beans and turn it into pure JOY? The tri-tip melts in your mouth. TRY THEM!

Our new friends at Tsunami Catering stopped by our home real estate office and hand delivered this amazing sourdough. Beautifully golden crust and definitely passed the sourdough tangy sniff test. Oh boy!
