The customer service was bad, the General Managers customer service was even worse. I ordered two burgers, a chicken sandwich, and bacon fries with two drinks. After 20 minutes I had to ask for our drink cups. 8 minutes later I was given cold food. I brought it up to the GM, he sighed and said what do you expect me to do about it. I'm never going back to this place.

This place hires kids that play and don't care about there job food was cold fries were old cold and disgusting frosty were melted had to tell them my order 3 time ... I could hear them screaming laughing and acting like grade school what a joke..

We were there for more than 20 minutes waiting for a two-burger order. The manager was correcting employees loud enough that several customers could hear him. When it came time for our order to be up (burgers sitting on the counter not under a warmer), there were no pleasantries of any kind. All around terrible experience.

Fries were dipped in extremely dirty oil causing them to be hard and have a nasty flavor. All my other food was good, and seem fresh.
Burgers cold & dry. 1 burger missing a patty. Dining area not clean. Ordered from kiosk which said I'd get receipt when served. Did not. Saw manager once. Was playing on phone, not helping the crew. Pass on this location.
