This is the best I've been treated in a very long time anywhere! A big thumbs up to the Manager/Leaders for this AM, around 8:40, for going above and beyond to fix a simple mistake. Definitely, need to go here instead of Chik-fil-A next door. 🙌

The first time I ordered the family chili, I was told not to do it again, after 8:00pm. The second time, I was told that if I want to order on DoorDash, that I have to come inside to pick it up. FYI, to their crew, I don't work there, and I don't get paid for them to tell me what to do. I'll save us some time, and just go somewhere else, next time.

Did the mobile order, got there, had to wait - NO Iced Tea, when they brought the food out it was missing a drink and the bags were shoved and dropped in my car dropping a bag on the floor spilling nuggets and fries all over, got home and no sour cream for baked potato, no ranch for nuggets, no hot sauce, cheese or onions for chilli
 not happy! If you have the choice choose Chic Fil A next door!

Food was good but the staff at this location need some lessons in good customer service from the Pasco Wendy’s/location. When paying, I asked if I could add a burger to my order, there were no cars behind me (or else I wouldn’t ask) and the lady said no that her manager will get mad at her. That didn’t seem like a genuine response but more like a I don’t feel like adding your food and this is what I’m going to say. I said “no worries, I’ll go back around” and proceeded to wait for my food. At the next window I get 4 bags with what I assume is all my order. Then as I’m driving off, the lady at the window tries to get my attention and I have to reverse (at this point there is a car behind me). She says that she gave me a bag of chili. And I proceed to look for the chili in all 4 bags, I finally find it in the 4th bag after I dug in there to feel around and see what was in there. I could bet my life that she gave that chili to the car behind me and my hands were all inside that bag. That should never happen and the chili should have been tossed or many places will tell you to keep it (they don’t want it back after you have it in your possession or you’ve touched it). Think about it, what if someone had a cold or covid and they had their hand inside of that bag and you hand it to the next customer.

Basically, they said no to me adding a burger at the window but could have added it in the time it took for me to reverse, look through all 4 bags, find the chili that was given to me in error, and give it back to her. And I could’ve left happy with my burger.

Anyway, after that I went around again and got my double Dave’s burger (which now has shredded lettuce?) is that new? I don’t love the shredded lettuce so I’m not sure if this is a Wendy’s change or maybe they just ran out of leaf lettuce?

Moral of the story, Pasco Wendy’s is on point and this one needs work. Maybe next time Wendy’s on Canal.

The customer service was bad, the General Managers customer service was even worse. I ordered two burgers, a chicken sandwich, and bacon fries with two drinks. After 20 minutes I had to ask for our drink cups. 8 minutes later I was given cold food. I brought it up to the GM, he sighed and said what do you expect me to do about it. I'm never going back to this place.

Day 2 of eating here. Kids wanted to try the T-rex and let me say. The experience was amazing, we cut that burger into 4's and destroyed it.

This place hires kids that play and don't care about there job food was cold fries were old cold and disgusting frosty were melted had to tell them my order 3 time ... I could hear them screaming laughing and acting like grade school what a joke..
