My experiences here have been overall negative on multiple occasions. This facility never has any of the food or beverage available they have advertised and staff is not knowledgeable about product. The majority of the staff speak very little English to the point that they are unable to answer any questions we've had regarding product or communicate questions on their end when they did not have the ingredients to make a beverage that was on their menu (see lack of product.) It is hard to get anyone to come to the counter to help you and staff has been abrupt on numerous occasions. We have decided to no longer provide our business to this establishment after multiple negative experiences.

I was in line for a pretzel when I noticed a guy behind the counter "jumping rope" with a piece of dough. He then dropped it on the ground and continued to play with it. I left after seeing this. Very inappropriate for someone in food service to act this way. If he acts like this in front of the customer I am sure actions in the back are even worse!

Prices posted at stand are not prices I was charged. Brought it up to worker and he couldn't give me an answer as to why. He just said he was not sure. Frozen lemonade and pretzel came out to $11.20.

The lady behind the counter was very rude after leaving me there to wait for almost 10 minutes. I had to call the phone to get her to come out from the back. When she appeared she had her cell phone in her hand and acted like I was inconveniencing her! When I told her she didn't need to be rude (especially since I had been waiting a long time) she told me she didn't have to serve me! So I waited for nothing. This was my first and last experience with Wetzel's Pretzels. This lady claims she was the manager so this business won't be getting my money.

their pretzels aren't very good and the majority of the product they were selling was over priced....10/10 would go to auntie annes instead
Went to the one in the mall in Kennewick Washington the worker was rude infront of my kids and as I told her she need not be so rude she then told me I'm rude as well and she doesn't give a F**k. Wow. I told her I was going to notify her manager and apparently she thinks her manager friend will be ok with her talking to customers like that. Got a another thing coming. Won't be going back thanks but no thanks

When my little brother dropped his frozen lemondade about 8 ft away from the kiosk, the employee offered to give him a new one. Which was super nice : )
