We love coming into the What's the Scoop every so often. We love sampling newly made flavors. We always enjoy ourselves when we go there. The ladies there are very friendly and enjoy talking to them. I highly recommend coming and at least sample their unique flavors.

Awesome little hole in the wall ice cream shop! My wife and I thought the cones were huge for just one scoop and it definitely fills you up! The service was great and the little shops decor is great! Definitely will recommend to everyone I know that they try this ice cream shop!

This cute little ice cream shop takes me back to the days when I was a kid! I love the cute decor & enough tables to linger & chat. The owner is friendly & let us try a few flavors before we decided on our cones & pints. They alsi have Dairy free options made with cocomut base. The Carolina Reaper flavor had a bit of heat, all over but the ice cream mellows it a bit.We decided on chocolate cherry jalapeno, the chocolate was up front, then very mild, not overwhelming cherry flavor, and a few mild warm bites of jalapeno here & there. I really liked it! Very smooth & creamy. The waffle cone was perfect. We also got Blue Moon, it tasted like a flintstones push pop. Then some dairy free Rockabilly coffee flavor. Will definetely return. Cant wait to try other unique flavors.

This is the best ice cream I've ever had. We stopped on our way through Kennewick several months ago. I had the Jamaican jerk and coconut curry. They were amazing. I've had "spicy" ice cream flavors from other shops, but I've always been disappointed with the mild flavors. These flavors were just right. They nailed it. The service was great, too. Super friendly and helpful. The bummer is that I live hours away :(

What’s the Scoop in Kennewick, WA, is an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, the friendly service sets the tone for a fantastic ice cream experience. The variety of ice cream choices is impressive, with flavors to suit every palate. And here’s a tip: don’t forget to ask about the hidden treasures in the back freezer, as well as exploring the options in the display freezer! One must-try is their unique “Chips and Dip” - a scoop of your favorite ice cream nestled in a crispy waffle cone, served in a chip style. It’s a perfect combination of textures and flavors. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, What’s the Scoop is a must-visit for a delightful and delicious treat!

Amazing ice cream! Some of these flavors are insane but yet most of the time they work together. Samples of those crazy ones are a must. Even if you don't like it, you can say you tried it! (We instill that in our kids... we should take that advice sometimes.)The Ice Cream and cones are ALWAYS fresh. My favorite so far has been the Butterbeer but there are so many others that are delicious. mmhmm. Freshly made cones with the ice cream. You just won't find anything better around TC.The owners and the employees are absolutely amazing, friendly and down to earth. I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. <3*They can be easy to miss because of where they are located BUT once you've been there ONE TIME you'll know where to find them like the back of your hand because it'll be an amazing memorable experience.

I do not say this lightly: possibly the best ice cream experience I have ever had and the best ice cream I have ever eaten. The flavors were mind blowing and the service was amazing. We loved many of the flavors--I personally liked Apple Cider and cannoli.I have had amazing ice cream in SF: Humphrey Slocombe, esp. the brown butter flavor and their chocolate sauce. Also great soft serve on the east coast: Dairy Godmother in Virginia is a fav. But in the end, What's the Scoop is better.

Absolutely LOVE the vibe!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the gal who called us friend. Her vibe was amazing and told us we could sample every single ice cream if we wanted to. The flavors of ice cream go way beyond your traditional flavors. So glad I tried the cornbread and jam because that’s what I went with. It was surprisingly good. The owner arrived during our visit and was super friendly. She took us over next door to Poutine Eh and gave us a sample. What’s the Scoop is definitely a hidden jem!! We will be back!
