I usually come here and its not super bad. But this time most of the food was cold like the steamers wernt on. The soda machine was broken and this is the second time

My family and I always wash our hands before we eat. My husband told me that he saw one of the cooks use the urinal and then walk straight out of the bathroom WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!
We were totally disguised and walked right out. Will never try to eat here again..and mind you this was our first time here.

I wish 0 stars was an option.. $20 a person.. no age difference in price. But that’s pretty normal for Asian buffets. Compared to where I normally take my family in silverdale at kings wok, this place should be shut down. The floors (carpet) was full of garbage and left over food. The tables were wet wiped down. Dishes were clean. But the food! Was 100% reheated from a few days ago not fresh. Kids were using their hands not the tongs. I felt sick almost immediately after finishing one plate. I spent $130 for my family of 7. I feel like McDonald’s would have been a better choice. For my first time in Kennewick I was not impressed the city health department allows this place to stay open. I recommend avoiding it… it’s garbage!

Horrible do not come here. I don’t even know how this place is above 1 star on google. Food is cold, bland and unsanitary. They’re was tons of flies and we found a caterpillar in the food. DONT NOT EAT HERE. Overcharged for what you get here.

My husband and I visited this restaurant yesterday about 130 pm. After looking at the menu online we were really excited. When we got there none of the stuff that was listed on the menu was available. Their salad bar was extremely Bland with only lettuce with tomato and cucumbers none of the items that we saw on the menu were available. I was really looking forward to the almond chicken and the crab legs. None of these were available the food that was available didn't really have much flavor and the chicken wings were burnt. I'd have to say I was seriously disappointed. I don't know if it was a lunch menu and they do something different for dinner. The little interaction I had with staff was lacking was lacking. A lot of the food was also cold. I did give two stars simply because maybe we didn't go at the right time and just got a lunch menu? My husband and I will not be visiting again. This area really needs another Buffet so I was really looking forward to it sad disappointment.

Kinda weird for a buffet. You pay up front then your on your own. The buffet was amazing so no complaints
