We ordered on door dash for pick up, as we are from out of town we thought we ordered for a later pick up time.. turns out we were wrong. We arrived for our order that was made hours prior and tossed because we didnt pick up.. the staff were so understanding and remade our order without hesitation! Amazing customer service and delicious food!!!

been coming here for years molly is the best always accommodating to my daughter and i and the best pho you can get in tri cities by far. meats very plentiful and filling definitely check them out and support local restaurants that care about their customers

The food is great! But I called for a pick up order at 1:10 pm, they stated it would take about 15 minutes (I ordered a chicken pho & vegetarian pho) got in the store and paid at 1:22pm and at about 1:47 someone asked me what I was waiting for & at 1:59pm they finally had my food to me. It took almost 40 minutes to get my food after paying for it. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge deal to me, I know the service industry gets so busy, but I explicitly asked how long it would take when I called because I was a little bit crunched for time.
I do believe that they just had a mixup of orders or something, but I still was shocked that they didn’t offer anything after such a long wait.

Went in on Wednesday and they were busy and short staffed . We waited patiently to get our food and drinks and everything came out very fast . We loved the pork dumplings and the beef pho . We ordered a second round of dumplings and the owner delivered them to the table and told us they were on the house . Over all a really good experience i recommend this place 100%

Yummie Pho The Beef Spicy Noodle Soup has a beautifully silky smooth flow off the spoon with an intoxicating aroma of bliss to your senses. The broth left a first impression of sweet savory spicy intensity that settled gently upon each tastebud. The freshness of the Cilantro, Basil, Chopped Jalapeno and Beansprouts was an excellent complement to an already beautiful assortment of flavor combination. The acidity of the fresh cut lime was a sharp and direct slice through the sweet savory goodness of the broth alongside the tender juicy beef soaking in flavorful brilliance. It was a revitalizing experience, flowing good energy throughout the body. An excellent option for overcoming illness and regaining your strength with such a rich succulent broth. Come try this place and watch as your eyes light up with the first spoonful you experience!

We were traveling on our way to Idaho and after hours of driving we decided to stop by and get some dinner. Not only did the staff serve us quickly the food was delicious. Our waiter Roxy and the other female whom we guess was the owner were very generous. I ordered a soup that was too spicy and they replaced my soup no questions asked! It’s a small family owned business but you can tell that they love what they do and serve other A with an open heart may the Lord bless their business!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Raw Meat Discovered After Eating
I was really looking forward to this meal, but I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. It was nighttime and we didn’t have all the lights on in the house, plus the bowl had a lot of noodles, so I didn’t notice anything off at first. I had already eaten some when I reached a section with a thick piece of meat that looked noticeably lighter than the rest.
That’s when I moved to better lighting and realized the beef was bright pink and completely raw. I even drained the broth to get a clear look, and there was no question — it was uncooked.
This isn’t a small oversight. It’s a serious food safety issue, and the fact that I unknowingly ate part of it is incredibly upsetting. For a $56.38 order, this is absolutely unacceptable.
I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Never answered phone and went in store and they were very unfriendly and refused to take order because they closed in 30 minutes even though I called 4 times and no one bothered to pick up phone will never go to this establishment again.
