Burnt fries and moldy buns. So sad belly busters are mine and my daughters favorite but at these prices and how long it takes to get your food it makes me angry to end up getting burnt fries and they know they’re giving us burnt food and if your bread is moldy throw it out don’t try to pass it on to you customers

Lived here most my life and been eating zips for 40 years. Always loved this place. Moved away a few years ago and decided to grab some lunch while back in town. New burger patties that were bigger but seemed really dry and flavorless. New buns which were ok but also dry. Miss the original greasy burgers smothered in whatever mayo sauce they used. New drink cups that are half the size. Was not impressed with what I got for the price of the food. Shouldn't fix what wasnt broken, local favorite and should not have changed.

For the price of the food we did not need the attitude and poor customer service as soon as we pulled up to order, the lady did not even let me finish ordering and had to finish my order when I pulled up. Terrible Terrible service!!! We have been traveling for three days and this is the worst service in three states.

We waited about ten minutes in the drive through. It was sooo worth it!!! We got two double cheese burgers and a small fry the burgers are huge and delicious and they are not skimpy on the fries. There was even sauces already in the bag, I didn’t even have to ask for it!!! Great place to get some greasy yummy food!!!

Do not eat at Zips by the Cable Bridge. Management only cares about money, not their employees or customers. They often don’t schedule closers for the drive-thru, so the place is a disaster when the morning crew comes in. Employees are treated like garbage, and managers constantly talk trash about customers behind their backs.

Daniela, in particular, is extremely unprofessional. She gives customers attitude when things don’t go her way, and raises her voice at employees. Many times when helping a customer she’d be yelling at someone in the back, making the whole situation awkward for both staff and customers.

The management is unorganized, unprofessional, and it really shows. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

The tables are disgusting. There is grime built up on the edges and surface. Every table is slightly sticky. Seems like everything in the customer area needs a good deep cleaning.

I have been a life long fan of Zips and this location in particular. I will check back occasionally in hopes I can change this review.

Stopped in to grab a papa Joe and a shake.
First off, the menu board in the drive through needs to be replaced, you can barely read half of it.
Second, I watched the person who handed me my order grab an unwrapped straw with her bare hands and dropped it in my bag.
3rd, the cherry shake I ordered was anything but cherry. It kinda tasted like cough syrup but had like a cinnamon taste to it. I think maybe too much syrup.
And lastly, someone orders a burger that can be messy and your too cheap to give a napkin or 2. As much as I paid for the burger and a small shake, $18, I would expect a damn napkin!
So disappointed that this place has declined.

I can not believe how insanely expensive this place has gotten! $12 for a burger and thats only the burger, its an added $7.25 for a SMALL combo. Absolutely ridiculous
