Came in for the first time, didn't realize I would be filling up on fries before eating my burger. Cool place, looks like it was time traveled from the 90's. Will come again
This is a 15 dollar burger meal I just picked up from Zips Kennewick…taste like a chard grill and basically has no condiments when I asked for everything… if that’s everything, I’ll keep my 15 bucks, floss the burnt char out of my teeth and will never return here again. Small fry that burger and a small drink… I’ll lay 15 bucks everyday.. it’s not the price it’s the disgusting burger that I paid good money for and it is gross
2 hamburgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks $30, food not worth $30. They will be next on the list for bankruptcy 'cause, nobody'll go back.
It's nothing like it was when I was younger. Food is gross, sometimes raw burgers even when they aren't busy? Staff isn't very friendly. They clearly just want you to get your food and leave. The prices are insane! My grabs would roll over in her grave if she heard how much her favorite burger is now.
The wings are mid not that spicy like I like but the pizza was good
I went there yesterday at 7pm and been before this New management the food was awful. The prices were awful, but the food was awful. They had a fish and chips. It was Fish sticks, smaller than my pinky and the fries now are so thin they’re worse than McDonald’s. McDonald’s is a whole lot better so is Burger King now the zips in Richland both of them are fantastic. You want some really bad food go to zips by the cable bridge
It's beat looking, but the food is good.

This used to be a great place to grab a bite to eat. Now it's just a place to drain your bank account. I have no idea where these people get the entitlement to charge 3x the price over the course of 2 years. A belly buster was $5.50 2 years ago and now it's $16 just for the sandwich. This company needs to take itself much less seriously. This has very little to do with inflation and lots to do with greed. Zips will have my business again when they decide to charge normal prices for their food. This isn't a Michelin star fine dining experience. This is a 50s style drive in that makes some good burgers. It makes me sad that I now hope they go out of business due to their price gouging and greed

The food tasted mediocre but gave me the worst stomach ache ever. I would steer clear of this place if you don’t want to spend a decent amount of time in the bathroom after. The service was very meh and definitely bare minimum but not bad. 👎

I like zips food, but the prices definitely do not match the board and I was surprised to be charged $13 for a burger that was only $3.53 on the menu in store. My total order came to almost $60 and I was only buying burger and fries for 3 people. I wouldn't come back for anything honestly. Everything else was fine I just really wished the prices they charged were at least on the menu inside too

Terrible. Idk if they were just in a rush or what but there was nobody inside the restaurant and only 1 car behind me in the drive-thru so they definitely weren't busy. 🤷♀️ We ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeño tots, belly buster with reg. tots, chicken strip basket, corn dog. I took 1 bite into my bacon burger and my son took a bite next to mine so this picture isn't even in the middle of the burger it's all the way around raw. But BOTH mine and my husband's burgers were RAW, not pink, but RAW, the only brown it had on it was the top layer and these are not thick hb patties whatsoever so theres no excuse! 🤢 I absolutely HATE red/pink meat however my husband likes his meat med. rare and he wouldn't even eat it, and he eats anything! So I knew I wasn't overreacting. His tots also were disgusting they were drenched in soaked up old oil and soft, so again undercooked. 🤦♀️ The chicken strip basket is a joke. Do not order it they are thin tiny strips of 3 and french fries that were again not cooked soggy and sitting in a pile of grease. Gross. We paid $56 for entire meals we couldn't eat and went into the trash😠 I hadn't eaten a thing yet that day and it was around 7ish p.m so that just added to the disappointment and frustration. I am sick to my stomach with the service. I won't go there again except to get a refund!

This zips used to be the best around. I'm not sure what has happened in the last fee years but the food has steadily gone down hill. The final straw for me is that I ordered a chicken steip basket and it was little tiny shriveled chicken strips that looke worse than school lunch. They were over cooked as well. Very disappointing. Ive been eating here my whole life and I just won't do it anymore

WARNING: THIS IS NOT A ZIPS!! Staff has never heard of fry sauce, there are no self serve condiments, extreme prices for low quality food. Chicken strips are godawful. Fries might appear to be the classic Zips crinkle cut, but don't be fooled. The root beer tastes like somebody once tasted Shasta brand root beer is trying to recreate the flavor. The milkshake was the only thing that wasn't a disappointment.
It smelled bad, tables were sticky, and did I mention that they don't have fry sauce? Absolutely disgusting behavior by a restaurant owner in the Pacific Northwest.
