The food was good. I definitely assumed they put salt on the fries, but they don't, so make sure you get salt! And they don't have ranch. Was really pricey for fast food. I spent about $20 for fries, chicken strips, and a shake. Would have been worth it if the portion size was bigger but it was not even DQ chicken strip basket size. I would say that I do regret my purchase. However! The staff was great, very friendly.

This place is way overpriced. belly Buster, small fry, a large mushroom and a small diet Pepsi over $27. As I understand these are privately owned. The one in Richland is way more reasonable for what you get, absolute highway robbery. I will not be coming back to this zips.

Let me start of by saying DONT EAT HERE the staff didn't care for the customers or the service seemed like we where a bother . we went right after they opened the drive through looks pretty run down and sketchy ( but I grew up here so I'm use to it ) THE FRIES WHERE BLAND NO SALT WHATS OR EVER im a big fry person so that alone disappointed me. Ive always drive by and wanted to try this restaurant should of just kept driving and never bothered. the fries where over cooked almost burnt the chicken strips tasted like the dino nuggets from the grocery store and they where extremely thin almost as if they where on a diet. My partner got a burger the best part was the lettuce the tomato and the jalapenos we also got a Pepsi and for a medium it looked like a child's size drink at any other restaurant. The cooked seemed like they where allergic to the seasonings because everything was bland . If you are the type of person that thinks salt is spicy this is the place for you ps the bacon also tasted like plastic and the jalapenos filled tarot tots tasted like playdough.

Definitely no longer what it was. My husband and I just went through the drive thru. We ordered a fish and fries basket and a chicken and fries. Each basket contained a handful of fries, and 4 tiny pieces of fish and 4 tiny pieces of chicken. All of which were clearly over cooked. We got tarter, but they gave us ketchup packets instead of fry sauce. Our "medium" sodas came in small water cups. The employees were pissy, and it took forever to get the food. $27 bucks later, We won't be going there again. We've been customers since 1989! They lost their mojo.

This place was horrible. $27 for two meals consisting of 1 fish and fries basket and 1 chicken and fries basket. The baskets contained a handful of fries, and 4 tiny pieces of fish and chicken. Like, if 2 pieces were taken and cute into 4 portions. We got tarter and ketchup, no fry sauce. Our "medium drinks" are in small water cups. The employees were pissy and took forever. We won't be going here again.

Man this place has gone down hill in the current years. We ordered a bacon cheese burger($10.38), chicken sandwich($11.38) and a small combo($5.26) which now includes a 8 ounce watered down soda and some burnt fry’s that taste like the oil they cooked in hasn't been cleaned in 6 months. When asked if a chicken sandwich really cost $11.38 the guy behind the window said I don’t know prices nor would take the initiative to go find out. For a grand total of $29.34 with taxes, I’d recommend you go anywhere but here and not waste your time nor money with this garbage.
Very delicious hamburger and fries, but EXPENSIVE AS HELL!! My bacon ? double cheeseburger was delicious but that, my fries, and a 32 oz. drink was $23!!! $1 for refills is a joke! They think they're on the Benton Franklin fairgrounds and the fair is going on mid January. Only at the fair would you pay $23 for your burger, fries, and a drink. All in all, the food is great but dig deep in your pockets when you go there.

I am new to the area so I thought I would give zips a try.The food here was very disappointing. I wanted a fish and chicken combo, which was not offered on the menu and the counter person said I could not add either chicken to the fish or fish to the chicken,so I settled for the chicken basket with fries and the fish with onion rings. The food came out and was very greasy like the oil in the fryer was not hot enough to properly cook. The fries and onion rings were soggy with oil . The fish and chicken strips were so oily that I tried to drain them on a stack of napkins with no success. My lunch partner ordered the big buster because it looked good on the menu boardWhat he got looked nothing at all like the picture on the board. the burger he got looked like it was ran over by a truck. So save your money and just go to McDonald’s the burger will be better. And find somewhere else to get deep fried fish and chicken

Old time place with home town food. Zip's is a fast food place that spans the decades. Ate here as a kid and with our kids.
