I called order a pizza on Saturday night at 8 o’clock. She took my phone number and address and then said she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me and I continuously is busy. Very sad for business. FYI.
Haven't eaten here in a while, but there is great pizza and friendly staff

Picked up pizza on Friday the 19th. A young woman with dark hair was working hard by herself. She was very friendly, and made us feel welcome above and beyond. Our pizza was delicious. We ordered the version of a supreme which heads up has pineapple on it. I usually hate pineapple on pizza but loved it. We also got a meat lovers style. Both were fantastic. We were able to eat there which was good. However, it was seriously hot up in that place. Kuddos to the staff that have to do it. It was just as hot inside as outside so we ate fast. We felt bad for the workers. Overall, next time through we will order again.

This is now West side pizza. It's in Kettle Falls Washington. One of my favorite places to drive through in the Inland North West. This pizza place used to be Moma's boys pizza. The inside still has some Moma's boys stuff but is pretty much all West side now. The building is a little older but is a great place to grab some pizza.
Vegetarian options: It's pizza you know
Parking: Parking is on the side of the building and or on the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes everything is ground floor

Terrible customer service from the second I walked in. The lady that made my pizza wasn’t wearing gloves, didn’t wash her hands once, and also took out the garbage in the process, still didn’t wash hands. A lady had came in and they said her bread sticks were already payed for. Pretty sure I did because my total didn’t add up. Then to top it off the lady slammed my pizza on the table and walked away. definitely don’t recommend.

Ordered a couple times from this place and just this last time my family and my friends I brought home dinner for all got food poisoning and made comments about how the dough was stale and had a strange sour beer smell to it. My friend had called the store for me as he was one of the people effected by the food poisoning and informed the girl who answered the phone that he and his family had gotten deathly sick after eating their food and the girl completely disregarded his concern for possible contamination of our food or let alone offer a refund or to let management know of the ordeal. Twice has this happened and when you spend as much as we do to feed a decent group of people it’s ridiculous that the food we received was tainted. I am a regular customer at the colville location for a little over a year now and never have I ever gotten sick from that location but magically we only got sick from the kettle falls shop. I hope the owner/management reads this comment because your customers shouldn’t be getting sick from your stores food.

This location is also west side pizza for those not from this area. I suggest you try the death by pizza. It's a family favorite. All their pizzas are wonderful. This company is way better then the other pizza companies. More toppings prices are still good.
