Ms. B's Haven has smiling Barista's, that are friendly & great at what they do. I like to try new coffee creations & they are always good but I usually order my regular 32 ounce iced coffee. I do love the peppermint hot chocolate along with an orange cranberry muffin top in the colder weather especially if I've been out hiking or walking on one of the many nearby trails. Ms. B's Haven is a great addition to the Kettle Falls community. I highly recommend.

I have only ever gotten amazing service at Miss B's. They have definitely hired the right people! The coffee is excellent and I really enjoy the Red Bull Spritzer. They have plenty of tasty flavors to choose from, personally I'm a fan of the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon - tastes just like an oatmeal cookie ... it's even better with caramel! They have a "punch card" online and it's very simple and easy to check your points through Cash App. 10 points will get you a free drink under $6.25. The lot could use some TLC but that's my only suggestion. Definitely the best coffee in and around Kettle Falls.

They coffee is GREAT. BUT the service is terrible. The girls arnt very welcoming and we felt overcharged. We ordered a Carmel cloud and asked for Carmel drizzle on the whip and there was no Carmel drizzle on the whip but they charged us .50cents. It is always hot inside, and there is no music so it’s super quiet so having conversations is pretty awkward for us. The seating is kinda awkward I feel like a little couch would be nice especially for a group of 4-5 girls. We will definitely be back because the coffee and sandwiches are good but the rest is not great.

The coffee is really delicious. They did upgrade to a sit in coffee shop. The baristas can definitely improve there customer service and be more friendly. I think if they added some music and a couch it would most definitely elevate the experience!
