This is the best South American food I have had since being back from Colombia two years ago excluding my mother’s. Thank you Ignacio and your family for sharing your delicious cultural food.

Good and reasonably priced food, a unique little spot to stop at in Kingston if you're tired of all the burger and pizza places.

Purchased 2 empanadas and they were absolutely delicious, the owners son is very good at communicating in case you walk in and they're sold out of anything, he let me know right away what was sold out and what wasn't, 100% recommend

Tried Argensol for the first time before catching the ferry. The chicken empanada was perfectly seasoned with a flaky crust. They also have the most delicious chimichurri I’ve had outside of Argentina. It made for a quick and satisfying bite before heading to the terminal. We’ll definitely be stopping here again next time we’re passing through.

Best empanadas I've had. Comes with chimichuri sauce. Vegan and veggie options, Argentinian sandwiches (friends had those and loved them). Family owned and operated, and they are really friendly and are always excited to talk about their food if customers have questions. Great outdoor seating during the summer, no indoor seating.

My wife and I stopped by here after attempting to have lunch at Sourdough Willy's (but that's another story) because we saw they had empanadas. The person who took our orders was friendly, and our food came out quickly.
My wife got a couple of chicken empanadas with chimichurri and I got a milanesa (thinly-pounded beef cutlet, breaded and fried) sandwich. Both were larger than I expected.
I didn't try the empanadas or the chimichurri, but my wife liked both quite a bit - the empanadas were well-fried and looked beautiful. The milanesa wasn't heavy at all and was subtly seasoned, and I was quite happy with my sandwich as well. (I regret not getting empanadas though.)
They have a small outdoor seating area which was nice, but the food's very portable - it's a really good grab-and-go option, and I think we'd both happily go back when we're in Kingston next.

The food was good & authentic. I had the milanesa sandwich, which was perfectly balanced and could easily have been shared by two. The fries were more than plentiful and served with a fresh chimichurri sauce. Service was on a small patio and, for January, made for a delightful lunch in the sun overlooking the ferry dock and Puget Sound. I will be going back.

I eat here or the crepe place whenever I have a ferry wait. Best empanadas in greater seattle area. No question about it.

I was shocked some reviews questioned the authenticity of the food! Clearly they are not familiar with empanadas. I lived in Buenos Aires and Cordoba Argentina for a while and can tell you these empanadas are not only authentic, but very very good. The service was great too. I stopped in after missing a ferry and now I think I’ll try to miss the ferry more often so I can get more empanadas! Bravo, definitely coming back.

We stumbled on this great little spot while waiting an hour for the ferry, and wow—what a find! The food was absolutely amazing. The empanadas were perfectly made and full of flavor, and the alfajores were to die for—soft, delicate, and just the right sweetness. The textures and flavors together were exceptional. Now I’m secretly hoping there’s always a wait for the ferry just so I have an excuse to come back. 😂
