I was shocked some reviews questioned the authenticity of the food! Clearly they are not familiar with empanadas. I lived in Buenos Aires and Cordoba Argentina for a while and can tell you these empanadas are not only authentic, but very very good. The service was great too. I stopped in after missing a ferry and now I think I’ll try to miss the ferry more often so I can get more empanadas! Bravo, definitely coming back.

We stumbled on this great little spot while waiting an hour for the ferry, and wow—what a find! The food was absolutely amazing. The empanadas were perfectly made and full of flavor, and the alfajores were to die for—soft, delicate, and just the right sweetness. The textures and flavors together were exceptional. Now I’m secretly hoping there’s always a wait for the ferry just so I have an excuse to come back. 😂

This place. Fabulous. The owners are so friendly and helpful. It’s really hard to pick just three empanadas because they are seriously good! Flaky and delicious pastry, amazing fillings and just plain YUM! We also split the choripan sandwich. THAT was amazing too! Delicious French bread. I haven’t had my Alfajores yet. Saving that for dinner. But I expect it too will be amazing! And right across from the Kingston ferry? Gorgeous outside. Go by. Thank me later.

I would not get empanadas here - I could be wrong but they seemed very inauthentic and Americanized. We got three different kinds and honestly none of them were good.

Sabrina made us alfajores for our wedding favors and the guests LOVED them!! There were a massive hit and delicious - it was so nice to have a personal favor at our wedding being born in BA!! She is so wonderful to work with and very responsive and very punctual! We loved trying their empanadas and chori pan! Cannot wait to keep trying their menu soon! Thanks again! - Joy & Jess

The last two times there has been a young man working the counter and he is really kind and friendly and all about good service. Appreciate that and always happy to see him in the shop when I come in. 5 star service

Lovely food, would definitely recommend when waiting for a ferry!

These are the best beef empanadas I’ve had since I was a kid. Growing up, there was a woman who took care of my sister and me for many years. She was from Argentina and would make us beef empanadas, letting me help her prepare them. I’ve been searching for a long time to find empanadas like the ones she used to make, and this place is it, hands down! Their chimichurri is incredibly fresh as well! As an added bonus, they’re the friendliest family. 1000 stars out of 5!!!
