A staple for local bread and sweet treats. We go through loaves so fast that wish they were open 7 days a week!

Great baked goods, friendly service. The space itself is awkward, it doesn’t flow and creates this awkward bottleneck of sorts between tables and the line to order. You can’t just order a coffee and go, expect a good 20 minute wait on a busy day.

Awesome spot! Yummy biscuits and gravy, pasterys and drinks.

They have frozen take home meals for when you dont want to cook which have saved the day a few times.

Fresh bread is rad, especially the sourdough.

The bookstore next door is awesome and has a kid area that is great.

Excellent customer service from JD, he is always pleasant and good vibes.

Staff was to busy talking Ammon themselves than actually paying attention to counter. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ve had the feeling that customers are just a nuisance a few times.
Too bad for the owner!!

I don’t even like bread, but every time I go to town I buy a loaf of their fabulous sourdough bread. Crunchy crust, soft but substantial inside, fragrant beyond belief. Often still warm from the oven. Their cookies and other baked goods are way too tempting. When we have a work party at the house everyone gets a sandwich to take out and loves it.
They also have raw local A2 milk, healthy and hard to find.
Oh, and in the same strip mall is a bookstore, grocery outlet, coupla restaurants, USPO, and a really good hardware store. Handy.

The best chocolate croissant I've ever had! Crispy and scrumptious. The person who helped us checkout was helpful and friendly.

Excellent spot. We stopped for breakfast after getting off the ferry. People working were super friendly, food came quick, and breakfast sandwiches were great. Bonus points, they had some frozen dinners premade in oven tins in the freezer so we grabbed a lasagna and it was amazing. 100% returning.

Cold, overpriced pastry at 8am. I felt pretty out of place there and did not feel welcome. It was tasty though, once I went home and heated it for 30s

I love this place. But bakeries are missing out being closed on sunday/Monday especially Sunday. Half the time I want to go they are closed. But yummy!

Got a slice of the chocolate cake to go. Soo good. Moist not too sweet or too rich. Loved it

We just moved to Kingston and were thrilled to find this meticulous bakery with wonderful prepared meals, true sourdough and raw milk. Friendly, local and wholesome. So grateful this place exists.
