This particular store went above and beyond to rectify a mishap that wasn’t any fault of their own purely to ensure the satisfaction of the customer experience. The customer was me and I want to personally thank manager Austin and his crew for going far above and beyond. You all are running a tight ship and your store is a reflection of the culture you have built. Five stars for food as it is ALWAYS HOT and very obviously made with love, Five stars for service because you understand the importance of the customer experience and five stars for atmosphere because you are one of the only places on the map that have charging ports readily available in your stores for customers to plug in while on the go. Details like this are invaluable to customers like me who travel and are on the road. Thank you for a great lunch and experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!!

On line service was great, food ok.Ordered hot chicken wings, they had very little sauce on them, mostly fatty part of wing.Caesar salad had a lot of brown romaine lettuce in it.Bread was delicious.On line ordering was easy, bought it right out when we arrived.

Love Domino's Pizzafor the coupon deals far more than the food. The options are ok. The service is great, especially curbside pickup. The pizza is sometimes really good, and other times, it's just edible.I like the Brooklyn crust best at the times it most tastes like a NY pizza, which is sometimes. More often than not, it's dry and kind of so so. The thin is ok, too, but feels less like a pizza and more like crackers with sauce and toppings.Best with coupons! Search Google for Domino's Pizza coupons before you order every time because they always have awesome deals. Oh, and watch that cook time ready tracker. I have probably gotten about 10 free pizzas over time because they miss their 2-minute car delivery promise often.

I ordered a thin crust with 5 toppings and they charged a $7 delivery charge and didn't give me a thin crust and as soon as I handed the delivery driver $40 bucks he said thanks and tried running off without offering me change and then the change he offered was rounded down big thumbs down for these guys booo

My family's not a fan of pizza in general so we love to order dominoes pastas, sandwiches and sides. The chicken bacon ranch Hoagy is always a must try and the parmesan bites are to die for when pairing with any of the red sauces pasta bravo dominoes always making my family hungry for more

Those responsible for training the employees at the Kingston Domino’s should train every other person that works with customers; in any capacity. It has been many, many years, at least 10, since I have seen another establishment operate with such respect and kindness as these employees do. On top of that, the store is always very clean, and the food fresh. In all the years I have ordered at this store, I have only had one problem with an order, which was immediately fixed.
