- The "fine dining" experience (and I use this term loosely.) Shame on you for calling this experience "fine dining", at those prices, for that quality. Unbelievably poor execution and delivery.- My wife and I arrived at 630pm and were informed that despite there being several clearly open tables, we could not be seated until 7pm. Fine. Staffing challenges, I kindof get it. More on this point later.- We were seated about 7pm and generally speaking, our waiter did well enough.- When you want to call yourself "fine dining", you should NOT be selling a "bread flight" at $8.00 and present two measly buns on a plastic tray. Those buns are cheap batter, likely microwaved, and in a "fine dining" experience, this should be just part of the meal. Incongruent with "fine dining".- I had the Crab to start, and the bread to come together for the table. The bread came 10 minutes before the crab. Timing was off.- My crab took a long time to eat through, so I was a bit frustrated that they brought our mains long before that crab was finished. Not only does that mean the food is going to sit and go cold, it was awkward because there were so many plates on the table that it was uncomfortable and crowded. I would blame management for not creating the environment for the wait staff and the kitchen to communicate better on things like that.- My wife ordered the Oso Bucco, and she completely enjoyed that meal. The portion was generous and the meat was exquisite! Great job there!- I was planning to order the 14 oz Rib Eye. I decided not to (more on this in a bit), and instead went with the Rack of Lamb. My lamb was not cooked medium rare as it said on the menu, it was medium to well done, only slightly red, not pink in the middle. It was encrusted with some kind of batter, and coated with a gravy. I would suggest to the kitchen to omit the batter, as for me it ultimately made me think I was eating a veal cutlet, which was not consistent with a fine dining experience. The lamb itself was tender, delicious and enjoyable! (Extra reason to omit the batter, as the meat stands on it's own just fine!) The broccolini were stone cold from their long wait, and the mushroom risotto had consolidated into a clump because that's what a starch does when it goes cold. The mushrooms in the risotto were delicious, and the flavor of the broth the rice was cooked in was also good, but the risotto itself was undercooked and inedible.- Oh boy. So. Between my crab munching and the various courses, we had quite the show in that restaurant.- There were 7 total tables seated and exited while dining that night. Observing the interactions at those tables, there were one or more errors made by the service staff at 6 of 7 tables. (Sat customers without giving them menus, forgot wine orders, confused 2 individuals as one party when they were two separate parties, not being proactive about a food allergy, and more.) It was shambolic.- About the steak. I was watching another customer across the way chewing through a steak, and I could see that the knife barely cut through the beef, and he was chewing for a VERY long time. He was clearly not enjoying that experience. He explained to your staff what he experienced, but that just went in one ear and out the other (young guy).- Please train your younger staff to say "yes", "no", "please", "thank you", and "you're welcome", not "nope and yup".- I am grading this experience harshly because your management team positioned this as "casual fine dining". This was not that. If you presented, priced, prepared and used ingredients commensurate with "casual dining", this could have been a 3 or 4 level experience. You set the expectation bar way too high. If you are having staffing issues, close, or reposition your marketing to level-set the appropriate expectation to your guests.- Oso Bucco kept this from 1 star, though this should really be closer

My wife and I went in for dinner, it was quiet but charming. Our server Sara was amazing, she was attentive, and conversational as needed gave space but checked in to make sure we were doing well. The food was great, presentation was spot on and quite delicious. All in all a wonderful experience, I even approached the manager and told him as well.
Seriously Overpriced. Basically put on a façade to justify these ridiculous prices.
Seriously, way way overpriced. They try to be some thing they’re not. They raise their prices and seriously affected their popularity and attendance.

We have been fans of the Bistro for years. Post Covid, it's not the same. Pre-Covid, they had great food and reasonable prices. No longer. First the good - Server was very friendly and solicitous. The wine was cheaper than we found it in the local market. We love the intimacy of the atmosphere. The not-good. Our Caesar Salads, which cost $7, were smaller and not as good as a $4.25 side Caesar salad at Habit Burger. Dressing was provided in a plastic container like you get at a fast food restaurant. Out filets were OK, but the quality was comparable to a Sizzler or Outback - not bad, but not that great. Our server, though very nice, was very slow and seemed distracted. Overall the quality has significantly deteriorated and it no longer is the great value it once was. We'll give them a few months to get their act together and try again. We won't return again if it remains how it is.
Called main desk before restaurant was open . Was told there not very busy so reservations wouldn't be needed. Got there and told that to the waitress. She said no very busy would be 30 to 35 min wait. No problem put me on list. 50 minutes later walked up and asked what was up. We're very bust, I saw at least 4 empty tables. Ws seated. Ordered a . Filet mignon cooked medium, my lady ordered seafood bowl with angle hair pasta. My stake came almost raw! Her pasta was stuck together like glue. .With 2 drinks and tip spending close to $100 was a poor night out. The waiter did address what he could but none was his fault.
This restaurant has gone way downhill since our last visit pre COVID. We were told they closed for several months and most of the staff was let go and things put in storage. Asked for a decanter for our wine-nope, not handy. Wine bucket for our friends wine placed on a chair because they did not have a stand to put it on. Food was marginal. Caesar salad came with no dressing. When we asked the waitress for dressing, it came in a plastic, covered cup. Rolls were hard as a rock. Filet mignon was tasteless but at least cooked the way we liked it. Friends long rib was tough and tasteless. Seafood chowder was hot and tasty. $90 meal for two including a reasonable $10 corkage fee. Charged for soup and salad even though the menus said they were included with the steak dinners. Oops, this was a misprint they said. They did refund us the charges when this was brought to their attention. All in all, not a very satisfying experience. This used to be one of the better restaurants in town. Sadly, this is no longer true. At least we were all able to laugh about the situation and the 6 of us did have a good time. I will probably give them one more chance a few months down the road, to see if they are able to sort things out. If they can’t, I will check them off my list.
I absolutely love the Wine Dinners. The level of service is exceptional. The way that Mr. Blair Anderson talks about the wine, brings in the wine growers and owners of these local wineries is a special gift. I will continue to keep going. Oh yeah the discount on the purchase of wines offered for order is bananas!!! Love Little Biston Bistro!

We have been to the Little Boston Bistro several times and have had the same superior service and exceptional quality from an excellent and creative chef every time! The wine list includes a wide variety of wine at a reasonable per-bottle-price. The plate presentation is appetizing and appealing. Highly recommend for any special occasion.
great place to eat would recommend this to anyone who wants a romantic dinner and wine and dine her. Our servers were very good and kept up with our needs.
The dinner was excellent and well worth the price. The appetizer was truly exceptional and the cook even gave us some hints on how to make our own. Our second time coming for dinner and a concert and it won't be out last.
This little gem is attached to the Point No Point Casino. We love it because the food is very good and good value. One of the servers (Marie) has been there since we began visits a few years ago. She adds value to the spot and provides lovely service to compliment nicely presented and very good quality food. Thankfully, it is NOT loud, but when you walk through the doors, you are in the casino with all the bells and party atmosphere you could want.
Had out of town guests from Wisconsin. We got there just before six on a Thursday. Half of us had the four course special, and the other half had the steak special. Everyone loved it! Service was great and the food was excellent.
