The casino could've used cleaning, but I had a waitress named Lacey that was very racist and I heard whisper the N word as she walked away. Not sure of her last name, but she had a large nose and reddish brown hair. Mid 20's. Very horrible experience. She needs fired immediately.

Yes to the hotel. It was nice, comfy and the staff were super friendly. The food on the other hand, not good at all. We ate at the pizza place, and the Dragon eighty eight. Both were less then average. I got the surf and turf at the Dragon, never have I received a steak cut into an even chunks. And the plate was dripping in sauce, it almost felt like I was eating canned dog food. If they amped up the food here, it would be so much better! We did enjoy ourselves but did feel like all the food we ate, was just not good :/

The food is over cooked in the deli. Pizza is good. I've spent more money then I have won. So it's time to stay away. Because the machine are tight.

Love the place, cashier was nice, gouda breakfast sandwich was good, tasted homemade but the hot chocolate was just chocolate flavored water ?

Went to the point last night to watch the Dolphins and KC game with friends, however they have to call the IT department to change the channel. However they could not figure out how to get it to work on the big screen TV’s at the center bar. I don’t think they care. They made the excuse that they couldn’t get Peacock, however it was playing on some small TV’s at another small bar outside the Boom Boom room. So, to see this advertising to come watch the NFL playoffs is a joke. They do not have a sports room.
They also converted the Cigar lounge into a small kitchen for fast food. The Point Casino is only about profit. No fun and cheap wine!
Must have their Salmon chowder!!! It's delicious, fish and chips are also good! Keep it in mind that there are 3 other restaurants in the Casino for other sorts of food. Consistently good food and friendly service always! Keep up the amazing work ?
