Wow! What a sweet little place! The woman who served us was knowledgable and so friendly. She made our first experience here very pleasant. The Sweet Bliss original was HUGE and delicious. The small red velvet ones were also tasty. As an added bonus, not only is this little place cute from the outside, but it also has a very cozy little area right inside with a couple small tables to eat at.

Holy cow! I just unknowingly spent $10 for a slice of cake. After my sticker shock at check out, I figured, ok... I love their sour cherry pies, and I'm sure that this will be just as good. Ummm, NO! It was dry and dense. If I'm going to slurge on calories, it has to be worth it, and this definitely was not. Tossed it after 2 bites. So disappointing and such a waste of money.

We stopped in for a impromptu birthday cupcake and were so delighted we did. Their iced tea and baked good selection are amazing and it was hard to choose. When we said we were celebrating we were even given birthday napkins. The bakers are so nice and the cupcake was perfect. Buttercream on chococolate cake ?. Perfect.

You must get the Sweet Bliss (pictured) it is gourmettttt!!!!! They have small bites for those that don’t want to buy a full-sized cupcake. They have an awesome tea selection too, and can make a fresh beverage, perfect for those sunny days here in Kingston. And the location is superb if you’re headed to the ferry! The staff is so sweet, and has great recommendations for the indecisive people like myself.

Such a cute and yummy spot to grab something sweet. The decor and vibe was really sweet and cozy, loved that they had a little frame of the business and how it got brought to life! I don't know what I ordered, I think it was the raspberry bar (I wish I took a picture of the sign) but holy cow it was delicious!! The gluten free chocolate bliss was very sweet and soft texture. Very friendly and knowledgeable locale bakery spot. My sweet tooth has met it's match, I love this spot

Amazing Cherry and caramel apple pies. Wish they were open a little earlier though. Were sold out today but scones were good.

My first time stopping here. I had to because it looked so cute from the outside. My husband and I got one of the little chocolate cakes. It was like a adult version and fresh take of a Ding Dong. We also got their ginger cookie which was so good. Wish they had a few more options of treats but I would definitely go back.

Best cupcakes I have ever eaten. Award winning, amazing and the best Little business in Kingston. We live in Port Orchard and will make the drive to Kingston just for the cupcakes.

This little place is in Kingston, and very easy to get to, right by the Edmonds/Kingston ferry. It is run by an absolute rock star. Methias cakes & cupcakes are phenomenally beautiful. They are airy, tender & sweet without being crumbly, and still moist even after a couple of days, but their true magic is in her perfectly textured & deliciously light frostings. Unique to her hand, I can't recommend her creations highly enough. Support a small, local business and treat yourself!

I've been wanting to go here for years! I've read it's the best bakery in Washington. I will say their selection was pretty underwhelming. I'm guessing they focus more on cake orders than they do selling individuals in the bakery. They had 5 different cupcake (lemon, lemon blackberry, peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate). 2 cakes (vanilla and almond). The salted caramel bites and their ding dong things. That's it! Not a big selection by any means and pretty plain and simple. I think I had hyped myself up a little too much. I got the ding dong and the blackberry lemon cupcake. Both extremely fresh, moist, and baked perfectly. It didn't blow my mind but they were delicious nonetheless. I'd like to go back and try a cake

Oh man, did we love our wedding cakes! We learned of Sweet Life through our caterer who suggested that we call ASAP because it books fast! After some exchange about our vision, we had a fantastic tasting (we were delighted and stuffed when we left) and were sold! Methia put together a beautiful spread. We wanted a "deconstructed tier cake" with all different looks and flavors. They were all delicious and gorgeous! Methia also worked with me on including a Sweet Bliss (yum) for a guest whose birthday was the same day as the wedding!

Writing this long overdue review!! I was referred to Methia by my best friend because I was looking for someone that can make my daughter a unicorn cake for her 8th birthday. Before putting in an order we came to the shop for the mother daughter tea just to try the goodies. Everything we had were sooooo delicious!! I was definitely SOLD. Even though Methia said she's never done a unicorn cake before she was more then willing to make one for me. The day of my daughter's party my Husband went to pick up the cake with no problem. The cake was so beautiful that my daughter refused to let anyone touch it. We didn't get a taste of the cake until later on that night and to my surprise, it was sooooooooo Effing* good. It was shocking to me because with any cake, you either get a pretty cake that doesn't taste very good or a delicious cake that doesn't look very great. My daughter's cake was beautiful and delicious. It was so moist and airy. It didn't taste like we eating 10pounds of sugar. Another thing that I love is that Methia make her cake very high so for a 8inch cake, it looked like ALOT. We loved it. Thank you Methia!!!!
