CELIACS BEWARE they promote as gluten free but will give you a side croissant . when i saw the giant GF sign i would hope the whole plate is gluten free but in tiny writing somewhere else on the menu it says ask for gluten free sides???? i hoped opening my advertised gluten free plate it would ALL BE GLUTEN FREE but i was almost poisoned by that hope. thankfully i looked at the croissant and have trust issues and went again to ask only to be told its not gluten free , the rest of the food was excellent but this place should be more true to their large gluten free circle sticker because not everyone will see the tiny writing. this is slight false advertisement! please fix this owners ! i would love to come back the food is amazing just had my hopes up thinking a celiac girl could eat a gluten free croissant 💔

If you want GREAT food - this is the place to go. If you want FAST turnaround, this is absolutely your spot. If you aren't sure, they give you a taste test. The pictures sold me, but the tasted sealed the deal.

This is the perfect restaurant for the ferry dock. We were in and out in two minutes! Nobody will risk missing their boat to get a really good meal.

You can't pass them up if you're in Kingston.

Really good food, and Very fast sevice. only downside is all the cars from the ferry are right next to you but its great food

Missed the ferry just going out, but even if we had less time, this place was still quick, hearty, and friendly. Simple ingredients, but sits well in the middle of a long drive. Highly recommend.

We were looking for something quick to grab before the ferry and The Saucy Sailor delivered! The coconut curry was fabulous and the cottage pie was delish! 10/10 would recommend!

This place is awesome. Friendly service, awesome tasting food, good atmosphere. For there curry lovers it is spot on along with the rest of their menu. He will give you a sample to see if you like it before you buy it. I highly recommend this place.

What an awesome experience we had here! As we walked and read the menu, we were offered a sample. I think that's such a great idea because as soon we tried the food we were sold. It was so delicious! And very reasonably priced. Pete, the owner, was gregarious and friendly and a joy to chat with. I wish we lived closer, but anytime I'm in the area, we'll be back!

Friendly service that gave us free samples. Food was delicious. They also use compostable containers and silverware. ?. No more plastic!

I called and ordered 4 plates of food. When I got there 5 minutes later, all the food was ready. We took it home and enjoyed our food tremendously. I am excited to try a different meal next time, and there will be a next time!

Parking: There is shared parking behind the business. Street parking on the other side of the street is usually very difficult to find.
