We were passing through the town and we saw it, ordered and paid as we were leaving- we over heard rude comments about us, I guess BC we were just asking questions trying to see what was good, friendly small talk with locals? I'm not even sure what started it. But, I guess we should have expected it as They gossiped the whole time about everyone in that town. No thank you! That looks really bad to be honest. Our scones were not fresh, they were dry- I guess gossip is more of a priority. As we come back through I'm hoping to find a nicer place for a little refreshment. Too bad really, we had passed a lot of cute little places along our trip and we love supporting local business.

What a gem in the heart of Klickitat. As out-of-town visitors, we dropped in every day for their wonderful coffees and teas. The space was very welcoming, with comfy seating and places for kids to play or people to do puzzles, etc...

Killer biscuits and gravy. All of the pastries are house made and worthy of making a stop. Had a damned fine cappuccino, too. Not the sort of quality I’ve come to expect from towns this far off the beaten path. Sometimes you find a place that has so much good stuff you almost don’t want to tell anyone, but, for the good of my fellow B&G lovers, I must share the gospel.

Stopped for lunch and had a nice sandwich (The Classic) and probably the best Snickerdoodle I have ever had. Super friendly family run place.

What a great surprise! We have been coming to Klickitat for years and this time we were really happy to find a real coffee shop. We had a coffee and blueberry lemon scones. Everything is made from scratch and the scone was buttery and crunchy. Just yummy. The coffee is fantastic too.
