I’ve been coming to this bar for four years, and it has always been my favorite place to unwind in the evening. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the bartenders make you feel like part of the family. Annie and Kelly are especially fantastic—they’re friendly, attentive, and always go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, they’ll treat you like a friend. Highly recommend this spot for a great night out!

I love 4th Street Bar and Grill in the small community of La Center, Washington. The perfectly portioned food is superb and leaves one craving more. The drinks are delightful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. (If anything is amiss, the staff will do whatever it takes to make it right.) This restaurant is always impeccably clean, while maintaining a cozy, all-are-welcome vibe. This rare gem consistently delivers a wonderful experience. You won’t regret trying them out.

I am currently sitting up with my wife in the middle of the night as she is vomiting. She had an early dinner here. She had a chicken sandwich. She said it tasted off but thought it was in her head.
She had not had any other food before or since. She is violently nauseous and has been for hours now.
She described it as very busy and noisy, and I suspect the kitchen was rushed and they are already prone to cutting corners.
I noticed the bar recently had a health inspection, and it didn't do too well in food handling and pests.
Please do better so we don't have to take care of our loved ones who get food poisoning at your establishment.

The food was amazing, I came in the other day and ordered a sandwich and was amazed. Food was so yummy I had to ask who the chef was, waiter said someone named Felicia. I think she needs a raise before she goes Michelin star.

My wife purchased Chicken Parmesan to go. A $20 meal, the bill came to $27. One heck of a tax increase. I was ok with being over charged but the meal was garbage as well. We live in La Center and have recommended this establishment many of times.. never again. Oh yeah the drinks are also short poured as well. Go elsewhere!!

My wife picked up Chicken Parmesan to go and was charged $27 for a $20 meal. $7 is one hell of a tax increase. I could have lived with being over charged but the meal was garbage. Never again will we recommend this establishment.
