The New Phoenix Casino and Twin Dragon Kitchen are open and under new Management/ Ownership.The food is still around Asian Cuisine.The restaurant seating isn't open yet, but there are tables in the Casino area.They will be opening the Restaurant soon.And Saturday January 15th they are having an opening of their Sports Bar!

Good food
Mix of Asian foods. Really though, it's the Won Ton soup we go for. Less one star because the frequent service turnover causes occasional delays and order errors.
Food was not great before the menu change, but it is really bad since they changed their menu.
