Our server was a man in his 30's or early 40's. black hair. white tshirt. ate there last night, sept 2, 2025. We watched as our server, at the cash register, lifted up his t shirt to scratch his naked belly. Then he picked up our glasses of water to bring to us, holding the glasses around the rim. Needless to say we didnt touch our water. He was slow, too. The food was good, but this server needs to mind his hygiene and public manners!

I’ve never left a review before but felt compelled to.. Worst service I’ve ever had, most hostile crew and staff at a bar I’ve ever seen... WOW. Will never be back in my life and I will tell everyone who ever comes to La Conner to never go there. One of the bartenders came in with a mop and bucket on wheels and started assaulting patrons. Ridiculous and very disappointing

Every time we take a drive and go to the La conner area, we always stop and grab dinner at this tavern. It's usually great food and service. We were just there recently in August and I was disappointed with the fish and chips this time because the batter seemed extremely greasy. Normally it it is not greasy. Perhaps it was times to change the deep frying oil. We love the outdoor seating when weather permits. Overall great place to eat!

Went to the family side as we had kids. They gave out 13 year old an adult menu and kids to color which was nice, so her and the 4 year old didn't have to fight over the color sheet. The service was fast and pleasant. The food came out quick and was perfectly cooked. The fried food was crisp, and my husband's burger was cooked to his specification. The portions were also good for the price. Everyone left happy. Food was eaten to fast for pictures which should say something.

Are you kidding? Now this is a place that has everything you want. This review is long overdue but we visited in summer 2022 and couldn’t have been happier. Terrific atmosphere, food, views, service and it doesn’t break the bank. Sure you can get fish and chips anywhere but they are just sublime here. We loved it so much we ate here 3x before heading back home. Yum yum yum!

Fun spot - no doubt about it. Older establishment so humble atmosphere. But waterfront, staff is super friendly. Food is delicious, and there is no surprise this place has stayed on the map for so long. Worth your time! Love fosh & chips, snd the LCT Burrito. Must try their Paloma cocktail as well@!
