The Seared Scallops Appetizer are the best scallops I've had anywhere - juicy and tender! The Tomato Bisque was also excellent and the service was fast and friendly.

Bar up front, expanding to large, waterview dining area in the back. Quite cozy and warm.Dined here with a friend for lunch. Gracious, efficient service. Well planned menu with something for just about anyone. My shrimp Louis salad had plenty of shrimp, and they had no problems subbing dressings. My friend had the bacon jam burger, which she enjoyed. Fries were awesome, had to steal a few. Will be back again!Vegetarian options: Some of the salads.Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free optionsParking: Depending on the day, parking might be difficult.

April 22: I was greeted warmly and had the best lunch: macadamia encrusted halibut with roasted asparagus and potatoes. Vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate and raspberry syrups. Truly decadent!

12 minutes from Tulip Town. The food was very good. The service was very good, staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating as well as window seating so you can see the water if you want.

Very rude server. Poor customer service. Not nice with the kids, not nice with my dog, not nice about presenting their menu... She didn't even offer appetizers... When asked about certain plates... Her answers were: it is all on the menu.... I decided to walk around the restaurant to see people's food before ordering ..Later We were outside . And a big wind start to blow.. we went inside... Instead of supporting us on how to finish our meal... And have desert or tea... She just gave us the bill. Summary: I do not think management is really paying attention to the people working here .. because to me...THE EXPERIENCE at a place .. it is THE most important piece of a business.

We were very disappointed overall. The food was basic, super salty. We ordered scallops for $23USD, (thinking it was appy size). It was TWO tiny scallops and nothing else!!!! A side of avocado was a single slice of avocado. The batter on the fish and chips was really thick and doughy. The fries were overly salted with seasoning salt.Overall very poor dining experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND at all.

We came across this place through Google. We just visited Tulip Town and wanted to grab some lunch. We had the steamed clams and calamari for starters. For entrees, we had seared scallops, halibut and chips, and dungeness crab cakes.Overall, the food was delicious. Our waitress was really sweet. All of the food took quite awhile to come out though. Starters came out 30 minutes after we ordered and entrees came out around that same time too after we finished our starters. Our waitress was really apologetic for the slow service so she kept feeding us bread. ☺️ And she also said she kept checking in our food.We will visit this place again the next time we're in La Conner. This place is worth a try!

Rustic, warm and not at all over-done, this old establishment invites you to stay awhile. Friendly staff and good food with a great view as the sun sets.
